So much room, nice big bathroom space. Lots of linen and towels at hand. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For an apartment (to cook) there wasn't a pantry as such. Had to rearrange things to put food away. Nice big fridge. No washing machine available had to go to laundry mat in Burnie. Would be a 10/10 if there was a washing machine. Overall a very nice stay will book again

Place was quiet and clean. Shower was hot. Bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent. Gave us the key to the rooms and allowed us to check in without access to our room when we drove past shortly after our arrival at the airport at 1130 as we were unsure of our returning time late in the evening.

Bar closed a little before advertised time, but it was early in the week and there were no clients in the open bar or pokies when we got there at 2040. Closed when I walked back for a drink at 2055.

It was a lovely clean room, comfy bed and good shower facilities. Access to the unit was straightforward and directly off the parking space to the room. Basic provisions for guests including tea making facilities and clean crockery and cutlery. Very helpful and obliging manager with close under cover access to the main dining room.

Very basic security. I'm security conscious when I'm travelling alone, an extra lock on the inside of the door would have made me feel more comfortable.

The apartment was well thought out and massive, no one was on top of each other, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge area and kitchen. Could see wallabies and bunnies across the grass when up on top of the steps. Children felt safe and content.

The beds were very uncomfortable for all 4 of us and there was a few areas that needed an extra deep clean e.g fridge, bin, kitchen floor was sticky besides me nitpicking on those the rest was amazing!

Staff in restaurant weren’t happy about us coming in for a meal at 7.30 on a FRIDAY night when dinner service finishes at 8. Made to feel like an inconvenience and felt rushed to eat our dinner. If you want to leave at 7.30 then advertise you close your kitchen at 7.30..

Room was cosy and comfortable. Convenient parking. The food at the hotel was fresh and delicious. Very reasonable price.

Small things. Exposed wires in the bathroom. A handrail in the shower would have been nice. The glass shelf over the basin was a bit in the way as the basin was small.

The apartment was very spacious can sleep 7(we only had 3)but with family over for dinner there was plenty of room in the dining/ lounge. There was 2 bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen with tea and coffee. We ate at the hotel directly under the apartment food was very good,staff were friendly had a great feel. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone The water views was nice as we didn't know till the morning when we looked out the windows in kitchen and lounge.

We were lucky enough to be there during renovations. It was a not the most pleasant of alarms on Monday morning to the sounds of jack hammers and hammers. Directly below the apartment. The floor was vibrating it was very loud. A heads up would have been nice. It kept going till 6pm. We understand renovations have to be done can't hold that against them. It was a good apartment would definitely book there again.

The apartment was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms also. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. Don't be fooled by the outside facade, the apartment was bright and modern and had everything we needed for a couple night stay.

Would have been nice to have laundry facilties.

Check-in process had extra requirements before arrival, as well as card number required on arrival for security. Room was on the shady side of the building which doesn't get much sun in winter.

Great lounge/ dining area. Huge, and awesome meal, nice and quiet at night, close proximity to beach for a morning walk

My only concern was I couldn't figure out how to have the heat pump give out warmth!!!!! The electric blanket compensated, however
