Nice quiet and comfortable room. Even though the room was facing the road, there was no road noise. Good price but just a bit far out from the station when you don't have a vehicle. Had to get a taxi. My fault, I should have checked before I booked but other than that, I am very pleased I stayed there and will next time when we drive down.

I was in apartment 13 and it was not unlucky. All was very clean bar a couple of corners, but nothing to stress about. The bed was like a firm marshmallow, and I loved it. The linen was very well laundered and pure white. I was very stressed because of my husband's admission to ICU at Frankston Hospital, and every time I went to reception, they went out of their way to satisfy me completely with my questions. They were very kind and polite and nice. All facilities were in the apartment that you would need when away from home. Having to go to reception for an iron didn't bother me at all as I was not ironing anything and had no intention of ironing anything. There were even packeted biscuits beside the tea and coffee making facilities.

I scratch my head to write anything negative. Only the bedside lamps would flicker off and on, but it didn't bother me. Perhaps a couple more sockets near the bed to plug in an ipad etc. Otherwise, no really unhappy faces.

Friendly staff, good size family room and good breakfast pack. Easy access to Mornington Peninsula.

Bikies taking over parking area, one bike per space which made it inconvenient for my disabled passengers to unload near our room. These bikies sat outside our room at 6am having coffee and smoking, talking loudly, having no respect for other guests. They should have been told that other guests were there and to stick to their own area.

Thank you for the wonderful clean room on our stay a few weeks ago. Great Value & location. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, however that would not deter from returning. I recommend you to friends and they stayed there the following week and were happy too. Keep up the good , personal touch work. I don't think I have smelt a room as clean as this one.

The bed was so comfortable, but the shower was the best I have had in all our travels for work. The proprietors were so helpful and friendly. There was even a space where we could park with our work trailer still attached to the car. That is very rare for us. 😁

The bathroom was dated and a lot of cracks and water damaged areas. The fly screen in the bathroom was damaged so had to have the window closed all the time.

Comfortable. Location is ideal, i could walk to MacDonalds KFC.. Good price. Friendly recepton, Renee was very accomodating. I love the size of the room, it was perfect for me. I love the shower pressure. The bed was firm and so comfortable, I got a good nights sleep. It helps i could park the car right there outside my door.

That check in is at 2.00pm my arrival was at 9am so I had to hang out the beach all morning until 1.00pm . That is the only downfall. Other than that I would definately book there again.

A nicely sized room with a modern feel in the sleeping area and lots of space in the kitchenette area. plenty of wardrobe room, all on one level for easy accessibility. Arriving after reception closed and departing before it opened (it may not open on a Sunday), the motel stayed in contact by text message with instructions

I used the heating/cooling system based on the instruction and found for most of the second night, it was just blowing cold air, even when i out the temp up to 26 and 27, with no staff manning reception, i couldn't get advice. The TV would turn on, but the remote would not change the channels. i changed them using the buttons on the screen to find that there wasn't enough reception to get ABC. the car park was full of larger 4x4 including myself in a ute, but this made moving in and out of the car parks hard.

I have stayed at this venue many times over the past 7 years for work purposes. I always find the rooms to be very clean. The management team have updated the bathrooms and they are spacious and comfortable. They offer a continental breakfast on arrival and if I am not checking in until after hours they are very accommodating. Off street parking is great and good access to Frankston CBD.

I was cecked into a room I haven't been in before and found it to be comfortable. However the hot water in the shower was very hard to get right - either too hot or then too cold.

The room was a good size with comfortable beds and room to move. We were only staying one night but the motel would be a good central base for the Mornington Peninsula. It is well presented with a tennis court & pool.

The only issue was getting in and out of the road onto the split Moorooduc Highway. Our room faced the road but the noise wasn't a factor.

Cleanliness Quiet Convenient Comfortable

Not really a problem, however the pipes made a horrible sound everytime the taps were turned on at the kitchen sink. We were very conscious of it waking, or annoying, other guests. Needs a little attention, but otherwise no negatives.
