The room was above average in size which is always a bonus. There was coffee and tea etc, as standard. The bathroom was quite large with a walk in shower which allowed good movement. Ther heating was good. The bed was a king size and quite comfortable and the bedding was excellent and warm. Included breakfast was continental, basic but plentiful. With included breakfast for 2 the cost of the room was $172, by my calculations this made the room around $142 which is excellent value. We will stay here again when in the area and recommend The Terrace to all.

There is not a single thing.

- Continental breakfast included (Cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, toast and english muffins, tea, coffee and juice) - Extensive bistro and cafe menu featuring woodfired pizzas - Kids colouring and indoor play area available in the bistro - Special deal nights (Monday kids eat free, Tuesday $20 steaks, Wednesday $17 parmas) - Thirsty Camel bottleshop on site - Several takeaway options dorectly across the street (McDonalds, Dominos, Kebabs, Chinese) - Beds and pillows were comfortable - Toilet paper was not complete garbage like what many other hotels use - Daily housekeeping was prompt and thorough - Reasonably good location within a short drive to quite a few attractions/activities

- Having some bowls, plates, forks and knives in the room would have been nice (only mugs, cups and tea spoons were provided for tea and coffee making). - Having only one key was abit inconvenient as the key powered the room lights and also opened the external building doors, so if one person was going to get something from the car, or from the shop across the street you either had to have no lights in the room (abit hard to shower or use the toilet etc.) or you would have to call the other guest in your room to come and let you back into the building on your way back.

Blissfully quiet room with a comfortable, clean bed and pillows . Fantastic bathroom. Great decor, spacious, and easy outdoor access. Very secure. In-room amenities well thought out and in perfect condition. Staff were efficient and polite. By far the best suburban accommodation we have ever experienced, it was a very pleasant surprise as we weren't expecting much! Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but I'd like to return one day.

Two relatively minor things. Confusion upon arrival as there was no signage visible at the entry or in the carpark to direct us to reception or the accommodation carpark. Poor lighting between reception and the rooms when returning to the room late at night.

The settlement hotel and facilities on site were exceptional. The staff were friendly, the restaurant and cafe and bar were welcoming, and I felt very safe being there on my own. The room service and amenities were exceptional. The bottle of water daily, the continental breakfast included, and the housekeeping services were remarkable. I did not have to ask for anything. There were plenty of towels and hand creams, shampoos and tea bags. The shortbread biscuits were very nice, and I felt it was a home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet.

The baths needed a non-slip mat inside when having a shower.

Check In experience - OUTSTANDING Samima was exceptional, Very Polite, Greeted with a huge smile, I only had my phone on me, (Purse was in the car) They physically need to see your ATM Card, Samima was very patient, Give this woman a Pay rise, we will be back to stay again.

The only thing was a little dust on top of the adjoining door on the brass! The Split system was noisy - we just turned it off, room kept its temperature.

It was a great convenient motel with bistro and cafe at the same place, only a very short walk from accommodation. Which made it very handy for our family not needing to travel far to get food or take away. Breakfast is included which was great. Rooms get described as dated but I wouldn’t say that’s the case. The rooms and accommodation is themed to look old country style with decor. Which in some ways is nice change to modern. But bathroom and bedding is modern and fresh.

The rooms gave a vintage vibe, it was spacious and the osa was lovely. Great front desk staff.

The bed was uncomfortable, quite squeaky when on top of the bed. Covers weren't clean and the spa wasn't clean too. Bathroom floor was wet if the spa overflowed, the drainage was poor as the floor remained wet throughout the day and overnight.

Room was clean and tidy, restaurants on premise had a good selection and reasonably priced. It was close to Casey Stadium which was great for us. Shopping centers only a few minutes away in either direction.

Very basic continental breakfast, you could upgrade to a hot breakfast at a cost. Beds were too soft for our liking.

A spacious, tastefully decorated room that was quiet, clean, and comfortable for this price bracket. Parking was safe and easy, and a late check in was smoothly facilitated by The Settlement staff. The complimentary breakfast was perfectly simple to start our day, complete with barista coffee on demand.

Exceptionally clean rooms, the property has an aged aesthetic to it with wonderful attention to detail in all of the areas we visited. Lively music was playing for breakfast which was included in our stay. Staff (Helen and Jenni I think?) were exceptionally kind, chatty and provided great service.

It would be wonderful to see perhaps later checkouts introduced
