Reception staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming, the cabin was very clean and comfortable our whole trip, there was adequate amount of towels and linen that lasted our stay, the cabin was spacious and met our needs, the park was clean, the pool was fantastic (salt water, indoor and heated!) and the playground was a highlight for the kids. Not to mention how friendly other guests were as they walked past, and respectful of noise considering it was a NYE/Day stay. We would 100% stay again, this has been our favourite discovery parks stay, we left feeling refreshed. Oh and that spa was amazing, kids loved it just as much as me. Thank you so so much for having us and being so accommodating. Hopefully we'll get to holiday with you again soon. Location as well was perfect, maccas and kmart behind us, quick trip to the Spirit of Tasmania terminals, the beach isn't that far away. It's very quiet considering the road going pass is a main road, couldn't hear our neighbours or the park behind us. The balcony was also great to have, was nice weather to sit outside and chill.

WiFi was a bit slow, but it served its purpose for our stay. A couple of extra towels would be good for bigger families. Maybe a bit picky, but the cabin was a 6 person but the dining table only holds 4 people around it.

Great value for money. We were happy to find that our cabin was more modern than what we saw in pictures. It had a great layout, with great kitchen and living space. The covered outdoor table was well used too. Comfortable beds and good size bathroom with reasonable water pressure. Excellent pool, playground and camp kitchen. Staff were helpful and super friendly. Cafe on site and ice cream truck visited each night which the kids loved!

The fans are noisy with a constant clicking noise, which we had to accept as it was a hot few days. Pillows are a little low but some may like them.

Cabin was well presented, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped, toiletries were supplied. Bathroom was large and clean Very clean park surrounds. There was a bad storm and a large part of a tree came down- they were already removing it when we left at 8.40am the next morning Park was quiet and the indoor pool looked nice. There is a cafe on site which is handy

It was a very hot weekend and difficult to get cooling to the bedrooms. The fridge / freezer didn’t seem to be working fully however it didn’t matter for the items we had which was mostly drinks.

Great place to stay. Our family spent 4 nights there. Our cabin (No.75) was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Reverse cycle heater/air-con catered for seasonal weather. Beds were very-comfortable. Cabin had fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven, pots and pans to prepare meals and not rely on Take-away. Very-well located not too far from City Centre (about 5 min drive) but still in quiet location that you didn't hear any City noise/traffic. Very-good amenities such as laundry, heated pool, BBQ area. In location where Supermarket/shops were close by in any direction. Highly recommend it.

Two very minor issues. 1. Would prefer to have a lock on toilet door. (Our family made a rule of when door shut, someone was in there or knock first before entering and leave door open after use.) 2. Slight issue with small TV in main bedroom not picking up all stations. Approx 6 stations missing. Picked up most but not all even after re-tuning stations. Possible slight fault with software in bedroom TV. Fortunately large, same-brand TV in lounge area picked up all stations.

We stayed in a superior 2 bedroom cabin. It was new, clean, and had everything that we needed. Towels, linen, and bathroom items were provided as well as fully functional kitchen with appliances and everything in between. Enough for one night or to at least get you started for an extended stay. The pool was indoors, and that is what made me book here ultimately so that my little one had something to do whilst I was working in the morning They accommodated us with a little bit of a later check out which was better as this trip was a mix of leisure and work. Overall very happy and would definitely stay again!! Thankyou Discovery Parks Geelong!

The bunk bed was probably a bit more firm and comfortable for me. The queen mattress was too soft, but again, for one night, it was fine. I would have like to have viewed the standard cabins they looked a little bigger but if you want clean and new superior is definitely the way to go.

Spacious cabins, decking was awesome. We spent most of our time outside. Playground is a big hit with the little ones Cafe on site made amazing coffee ☕️

The bedding was like hospital bedding and not very comfortable. The mattress itself was great. We rented 2 cabins and the second cabin didn't have a doona cover, just a doona between 2 sheets. Pool is also only open 6am to 9pm and we would've loved to have a swim after kids went to bed

On arrival when I opened the door of my unit the split system was already switched on so it was already comfortably warm and cosy. A very thoughtful touch. The overall cleanliness and all white theme was very impressive. After I checked out of the unit next morning I went and had a fabulous big breakfast at the cafe out the front.

I needed a pair of scissors to open a soup sachet and found some in the drawer but when I picked them up and when to use my stomach turned. Someone had used them for their intended purpose, to cut up a chicken, and they had been put back in the drawer without washing them or if they did the scissors certainly weren’t clean. I am not sure exactly when that event happened as it wasn’t fresh residue. Apart from this minor surprise everything else was spot on.

Location was excellent, staff were so friendly. Cabin itself was nice and had everything we needed. When we first entered the cabin they had turned the heater on to keep the cabin warm, that was such a kind gesture and very appreciative of this as it’s the middle of winter. Heated pool was really good to keep the kids entertained. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and will be recommending to all our family and will happily stay here again.

There’s a build up of dust on top of the cupboards and was hard to watch tv because of the aerial.

Many thanks to reception for patiently answering questions about accessing the heated pool and using the correct wifi password. The heated pool ranges from one metre to 1.4 metres in depth and was refreshing on a cool day outside. The deluxe cabin was spacious, very comfortable bed and furnishings, fully equipped kitchen. Appreciated the Cafe at the front of the park for breakfast. Located across the road from beautiful Barwon River Park with walking and cycling paths. Only a few minutes' drive to Belmont shops and easy to reach central Geelong.

The tv had a remote with buttons for YouTube, Netflix etc but they were 'not connected' so we watched free-to-air. There was a dvd player only we didn't bring any dvds with us.

Everything - clean, comfortable and perfect location. Found the place homely - liked the touch of naming the cleaner - the 3 of you did a great job. The hot chocolate was amazing.

Suggestion better bathmat. Too easily wet - hard to dry.. The toilet brush holder - very dirty , stale stagnet water/odour. - nayb3 replace. Maybe put toilet roll higher as my fat thighs kept knocking the roll flying.
