The motel has recently been renovated and they have done a great job. Beds are very comfy with lovely soft high quality bed linen. The rooms are spacious and a kettle, toaster and microwave are provided as well as some crockery and cutlery so you can make a simple breakfast or dinner in your room. Initially We were a little concerned about traffic noise due to proximity to Bass Highway, however all was quiet overnight and we all slept very well. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Inverloch Motel.

Nothing! Everything was great and as advertised- we had a great stay and would stay again and recommend to others.

Clean and renovated. Comfortable beds and separate bedroom for additional privacy. Ample seating in the living area. Clean and spacious bathroom. Parking out front of unit door. Tea and coffee facilities, small fridge. The unit had a verandah and small courtyard, lovely to sit at of an evening.

Only mirror was in the bathroom, a bit of a challenge when there are multiple people trying to get ready at the same time. There was a kitchen sink but no cooking facilities, only a microwave, something to consider if its what you need.

So clean, new, modern, great layout, had Netflix, big tv, one of the nicest motels I’ve stayed in for work. Staff were friendly, easy access to room, enough cooking facilities for the night, very impressed.

Beds were a bit hard but I’m fussy, fine for other 2 ladies. Definitely need to fix the door/outdoor light situation. A glass door with a blind that didn’t completely block the light, then a glass panel above the door let in so much light it prevented me from sleeping. It was so bright.

The staff are helpful and thoughtful, it's clear they strive to make you as comfortable as possible. The little verandah at the front was really nice to enjoy the morning sun (I didn't have a cuppa but I reckon it would make it top notch - despite the traffic some reviewers were sooking about). They were extremely accommodating with a late check-out which I really appreciated, I was extremely chilled out leaving in the morning due to not feeling rushed. Cheers guys :)

For the price, there's no way I'm going to whinge about anything. I had a look at the low-rate reviews, and you can tell it's for people who are cheapskates, but then have the nerve to critique the place as if it's meant to be a 4-star motel. Sure, the carpet is a bit outdated, but is it clean? Yes it is, so embrace the effort they put in or go pay a price that more genuinely suits your expectations. These guys are making an effort, whilst trying to make it affordable. Be grateful people like this exist.

Freshly renovated room was great, Netflix & Disney was included which was also great. It was super quiet, even being right next to the road.

The lights outside the rooms are too bright, especially as there is glass at the top of the door which lets it all in so the room was super bright, perhaps get timers or sensors on the lights. The area around the motel grounds look a bit rundown, doesn't match the newly renovated rooms.

A clean and refreshed motel, comfortable rooms with streaming services available on their TV's which was good. The shower had the best water pressure I've ever had in a shower - never felt so clean.

Location is right next to a round about on the outskirts of the township. The traffic wasn't too noisy at night but the morning was a bit noisy. Cost is a little high for a motel in my opinion but I guess that's how things are now.

The room we were is had a modern upgrade and was very spacious. It had everything you need with a kettle, toaster, fridge etc. The proximity to the town centre was within walking distance. The beach was just down the road.

The location near the roundabout was not the best, due to the cars etc, but you could not hear any road noise if the windows were closed. The bed was too soft for my liking.

Central location really good: a 10 minute walk easy to pubs and eating strip. Nice fresh painted room: an old style motel very well brought into 21st century. It feels really welcoming.

A bit noisy being close to main road and the roundabout meant trucks were accelerating and braking and there are a lot of them. However more of a nuisance than a major factor. It wouldn't put us off staying there again

We had a great stay - our room was very spacious and clean, and the kids loved the pass code door lock! Made it easy for us to all come and go without sharing a key! There was no noise despite being on the roundabout, and not too far to walk into town either. The room was modern and had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Inverloch.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Everything was well organised and the owner responded to all queries. Bed very comfortable, shower etc excellent. Great TV plus free streaming provided. Will definitely use again.
