Close to town centre and Cowes jetty so it was convenient to walk to supermarkets and local restaurants, rather than taking the car and having to find parking. The hosts and property managers, Pauline and Matthew, were kind and welcoming, There were two bottles of water, and a small bar of chocolate on the dressing table on arrival, under the welcome pack which listed establishment rules, local amenities and good tourist activities and places to visit. On site parking. Saying hello to Pauline and Matthew every day on our four day stay was a pleasure. If we needed extra tea bags, tissues, toilet paper or towels, or recommendations for day trips on Phillip Island, Pauline and Matthew were always easy to find. It was a joy to see rainbow lorikeets flock around Pauline in the late afternoon and jump on her feet and shoulders, as she fed them seeds. Just proves even the local wildlife knows they are great people! 😉 Our room with spa bath was spotlessly clean on arrival, with lovely white linen, a comfortable couch, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric blanket, crockery and dining table for two, good sized wardrobe and extra pillows...even fly spray! It was like home away from home. The cost of the accommodation was excellent value. While it is not 5 star or ultra modern, clean and well maintained premises like this one are superb! It was our second visit, and felt as great staying there again as it did the first time. We look forward to another future stay.

Biggest size motor inn we had been for our Australian travelling experience. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Gave us complimentary detergent while we did our self service laundry. Location is convenient in Cowes town center and beach area. Very nice garden area. Parking right in front of room. Bathroom is a good size. Comfy beds and pillows. Has a kitchenette for dining convenience. Complimentary chocolates and biscuits, coffee, tea, milk. Recommended and will stay here again in case back in Phillip Island.

While not on the beach it was central to all activities and places we wished to visit. It is a small motel so not noisy. The owners and staff were very helpful with any request and very friendly. The chocolate and bottle of water were very welcome extras.

Lighting. As with most motels the lighting was not very bright, especially for an older person like myself. There was an overhead light, one over the bench and one in the kitchenette area as well as touch lamps by the bed. So adequate in number just not over bright.

A very spacious room, clean, with good kitchenette facilities. Hostess was very helpful with providing local information. Motel is 1.5 km easy walk to shops and pier or very short drive. Island attractions all accessible via short drive. Would highly recommend the helicopter ride over the island.

Room was really big and spacious. The hot tub had massage jets in it and was so comfortable. The bed was clean and so comfortable too, and I had a really good sleep! As for the location, there is a bit of a walk to the main area but if you're driving it is just a 5 min drive away. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and comfortable stay in.

Clean room, comfy bed, perfect for our overnight stopover, centrally located, easy access to shops or for heading out to explore attractions. Hosts were really lovely and had good local knowledge. We would definitely stay there again, both for stop over and extended stay.

Only good things to say, nothing negative.

Motel was located close to centre of town and restaurants as well as a short drive to the Phillip Island Racetrack. The motel supplied plenty of tea and coffee as well as biscuits (something that seems to be rationed these days at other places) and the staff made sure we were happy. The room was large and had everything we needed. I would recommend it very highly for anyone going to Phillip Island. For those attending the racetrack there is also trailer parking available.

We needed to make last minute reservations, and this was available. It was acceptable, basic accomodations.

The main office of the facility had recently had a fire. As a result, their wifi was not working. They would have known this when we made reservations, yet we did not know prior to checking in. We made it work. However, other travelers may need to connect on the road in the evenings.

Was really quite expensive over new years for what it was, probably same for every hotel in the area at that time though! Also milk in fridge was out of date and there was a dog near by barking all NYE night
