Was very quite , meals were of a high standard Staff were helpful were needed

Check in was half hour late ( 2:30 ) When got to the cabin Fly wire door had holes all over Which meant we could not enjoy the fresh air ( choose ) and let alone mosquitoes would have come in . And when addressed said they would fix Only for me to ask again the day before we left For it to be fixed ! Couch had dirty tissues and dirt in the grooves ! Very dusty skirting boards :( Definitely not what I would class as a deluxe cabin :( Where not offered a up grade or remuneration or another cabin .

I love the location. The layout of the buildings on the grounds and the paths on the property. The unit was spacious and well equipped.

There could have been a couple of little extras in the unit, like a coffee maker and supplies, or more tea bags (we only had 4). Access to laundry facilities would have helped but I found a laundry nearby.

The location was perfect. We had rented a car so was perfect for us to explore Wilson’s Prom. The grounds are lovely for a walk and the pool facilities were 10/10. We stayed over Christmas so booked Christmas dinner, it was fantastic. The staff were so helpful throughout our stay.

There were ants in the kitchen. It is probably to be expected, as we stayed in the cabin type accommodation. But bug spray was provided.

Dining options were good - the lounge for more relaxed dining and while we didn't use the restaurant it had a good menu. Lots of open space and well thought out with play areas, BBQs, a huge indoor pool, tennis courts etc - plenty to do.

It was spacious and clean inside. It was also organised well and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The trees outside caused quite a bit of mess. The bed ,for some of people in our group, was uncomfortable. The wifi and network did not work very well for us

Great facilities, location and villa.

Please provide recycling and compost bins in your villa’s. It’s 2023 not all waste should go in one bin. Unless you go through it and sort at some point? Please also fly the aboriginal flag. Your resort is on indigenous land and there is a lot of information around the resort about indigenous history. Seems an odd decision not to be also flying the aboriginal flag.

everything especially the complimentary chocolates and cheese and champagne in the room upon arrival. the food was exceptional all round staff where fantastic room was perfect. wish we had of been able to stay longer than the weekend. will definitely be back

The indoor heated pool and spa. The buffet breakfast. The walking paths everywhere. The lovely staff - everyone from front of house, servers and even the cleaners. Every interaction was delightful.

Anything I can think of that wasn't 100% perfect is such a petty whinge that I won't be writing any.

The breakfast and food generally was excellent as were the sporting facilities. Particularly appreciated having designated pool towels

Could have been a couple more tables in the casual dining area. We had 3 children with our group.

Loved the size of the room and bathroom and balcony. We stayed in the heat of Summer, and it was a beautiful sea breeze each night with the door wide open. Also felt very private.

Although I understand it's not necessary to service the room daily (only available on request), because we were there 4 nights, it would have been nice to have more towels and tea making, dishwashing liquid/tea towels etc provided so we didn't have to ask for them. The room price was quite expensive and more provisions could have been supplied at the start of our stay in lieu of daily servicing. Also for the price of the room, breakfast should have been included.
