Value for money, especially being pensioners. Location great, again being of the older generation, everything was close at hand even for walking. The room had everything you needed. Appeared quite, even though there were other people staying there, which was nice.

The shower glass could have done with a clean. Pillows a bit too soft for our liking. One corner of the carpet had tape to hold it down, but it is lifting. Bit wary, as my sister has just had her knee op and I am waiting for my knee repair. So conscious of that.

Good large apartments that have everything you needed for a couple of days stay at lakes entrance. Check in was easy and well communicated. Was clean and pool was nice. Would recommend Lonsdale Eco cruise which is a 10 min walk from accommodation we loved it saw loads of seals and wildlife.

Very dated hate the painted brick, need to update and plaster board everything to bring it into this century. Get rid of all the browns and magnolia and get some nice bright whites in there. Make it feel more coastal. Could have done with some air con in bedroom too

Almost everything was great, Very comfortable family living for our holiday. Kids enjoyed the rooms and bonus second tv to assist with the kids relaxation and day time naps. Pool was very clean and we used it daily. Great location walking distance to everything in town. Have stayed here before and will keep coming back.

Disappointed with a dirty freezer that had frozen bait residue in the freezer and it smelt like bait and the fridge door coming off when it was opened, frustrating that when talking to staff I still had to call to register the issue to get it fixed, however was fixed within the day replacing the fridge and moving our groceries between fridges was very much appreciated. only other issue the dishwasher didnt really clean dishes and we just cleaned them manually and use the dishwasher as more a sanitizer afterwards

My third stay here and location is perfect

One of the singles beds didn’t have a mattress topper and was extremely uncomfortable. Door was off the laundry cupboard but I took a pic when we first arrived. Room could do with a few tweaks. Front door was a bit tricky to open and a few loose handles and squeaky. This didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay just wanted to mention it

Loved the electric blanket and the facilities of the apartment- it had everything we required. Master bedroom was wonderful. comfy recliners in the loungeroom. Excellent location.

With a sore knee i found the stairs and bringing up luggage quite difficult. second bedroom didnt have side lamps or electricity to plug phones and the blind was broken.

Staff were very pleasant . Maintenance people were excellent ,fixed the blind and found a sink plug within an hour .

The big storm we had that left us with no power ,no phone and no internet .Not one member of staff came to find out how we were coping.

It was warm and cosy. Loved the recliners - great to watch the big TV on. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of cookware available. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a broken shelf in the fridge and my electric blanket didn't seem to work. The bathroom was combined with the laundry but at least the toilet was separate. None of these were major issues.

Convenient location just around the corner from supermarket and 5 min walk to Esplanade. Fully equipped kitchen with very useful bench top dishwasher. Reclining leather armchairs. Netflix. Wifi. Electric blanket. Allocated single lit undercover car parking space. Sparkling swimming pool.

No ocean views.

It was a good, clean, large studio. The staff who came to help with the remote for the air conditioner were very helpful.

No information on internet connection network and password was provided in the room. When we phoned, the staff on the line was not at all helpful and gave incorrect information. However, we got a msg on the next day with the correct details and everything was good. All the cutlery, crockery etc were excellent. Bigger bowls for microwave use or a small electric stove would have been great.

Plenty of space in the 2 BR apartment. Very quiet.

The check-in process was very confusing. Allambi wanted to know personal information which could not possibly be of any use to them, and placed any information supplied at potential risk from hacking. There was no one at reception to explain the unfamiliar "lock box" key access, which to several phone calls to resolve. This process speaks to poor customer focus and cost minimisation.
