Great experience, the staff very helpful and cheerful. Great to see customer service is alive and well at Bellevue. The room was great, comfy with good amenities. I was thinking it could be noisy with the main road out front, I was wrong, hardly heard anything.

There should be a way from the rooms out back to the main reception. Also there are a couple of external doors that could use the room key to unlock. eg we stayed in room 50, I was able to exit the door near the room,. but had to walk around back to gain access

Delux two bedroom suite was clean and comfortable, perfect size to use as our base while we went out and explored lakes entrance. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast wasn't the best at Abbott and co attached to the hotel. Was really busy so suggested it is popular but wasn't for me. While it didn't impact my stay or my comfort, the way the bath/shower is set up means heaps of water has nowhere to go other than the floor. You could already see the damage this was causing to the floor and wall as well in the ceiling from the bathroom above. At some stage the rooms will not be usable

was a bit worn needs a spruse up marks on cupboards and walls carpet in lounge was a bit short to wall eveything else was great top floor great kitchen clean lounge dining great bathroom was good it was clean and good size

Standard of bedding is very good. Clean and overall looking very new. Only downside is the carpets. Apart from that the room itself , furniture, bed, pillows and bathroom is as good or better that the big 5- star hotels

Apart from the room, nothing much without any service like breakfast etc. hence price is quite steep for a motel like place rather than hotel.

Didn't like how dark bathroom was, hard to do make-up in morning all vents clogged up and filthy, windows screens were filthy, drapes did not fit windows properly so there was light coming in all the time, drapes themselves need replacing as they are full of worn out slits the whole room needs a good deep house cleaning

Welcoming environment, great location, all staff excellent and helpful, excellent, comfortable, well prepared, rooms, all appliances worked well

The small bed had a hard metal band and what felt like the edge of a spring which made it difficult to sleep on. My daughter has a bad back and tried a number of positions but was unable to get a restful sleep. The staff was notified and said it would be rectified for subsequent guests.

It was our 60th Wedding Anniversary of staying in the Glenara next door. We had stayed here at Bellevue 10 years ago in the same room. everything was fantastic. Beautiful view. Having a spa and pool enclosed now together with the sauna onsite was new and appreciated. The restaurant on site was good for meals'

We are old 78 & 82 but we had stayed before so we were well aware that the stairs would be a problem so we packed separate bags. the spa in the room was fantastic but we had trouble getting out. but we were well aware that this would be a problem owing to our ages. would have been nice to have a meals package like last time. or a toaster

The young lady who checked us in couldn't have been more disinterested if she tried. No eye contact - a hand waving in the air for a credit card - no clear direction as to where our room was - "it's number # - down the back". Also, surely at the time of check in it would be a good idea to ask if guests are capable of climbing 4 flights of stairs to the apartment? We stayed two nights, paid what I consider to be upmarket prices. No housekeeping whatsoever.

i liked the apartment we stayed at. what I found really gross was the black mould in the spa on the ceiling one heater in tv room kitchen area then I found a portable heater in cupboard. tried to put it in my daughters bedroom but not a safe area to put it in as they had the bedside table in the way and it was a fire hazard. i couldn’t be bothered moving it so I just had no option but to not give heating for my daughters room.

The room was huge, beds really comfortable, large bathroom with big mirror. Full length mirror in room,on the Esplanade, so great view. Close to great places to eat. Lots of bench space for bags and heaps of power outlets.

There was no fan in bathroom and shower door did not close properly.
