Good location very clean and well equipped parking at our door very quiet

The spa in our room ( room 8 ) was awesome , deep and plenty of room . The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless , couldn’t fault it . There was also room to park my work truck off the street The RSL next door is an added bonus The staff / hosts were lovely people to deal with

Nothing that Would stop me from returning . My only gripe would be a bigger Tv in the rooms to watch in bed , other than that loved my stay

Location. We were just over the road from the river. It was a nice area to go for a walk and a shortish distance into the some of the cafes and restaurants. It would be great location for hiring a boat which you can do, over the road. The price was on the cusp of reasonableness.

Average assistance with the receptionist who was not the owner. There was no map offered or general friendliness that I usually get when I stay at a hotel/motel. The traffic was quite noisy as we were on the street and it appears to be a popular back road to get onto the highway. The cars space for our car was not adequate. Despite trying to park on an angle, it made a tight squeeze for vehicles to get around our car.

Spacious room, with lots of light in the bathroom from a skylight. Super friendly owners who were happy to help with questions about the area as well as our accommodation.

Given the proximity to water, we could have done with a few extra hooks or towel rails to hang our wet bathers and towels separate from our bathroom towels.

The location, staff and the cleaners and the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy.

Unfortunately we didn't realise, our fridge was not working the lovely staff fixed it next day however. We put in some chicken to make sandwiches the following day and lost 30$ worth of food. I didn't like that we only have a small bathroom sink to do dishes and everything in was very small and not very helpful we just gave up on the first try to be honest. Normally would do dishes if we had an actual sink. Didn't like that there was no fitted sheets, was just a big sheet tucked in on the bed..we had kids and one that co sleeps it was hard to keep it in line. Also didn't like that we could not lock the door from the inside, there was only key entry in no lock on outside yet a lock on the loo and the kids bedroom made it tough to ensure kiddo didnt try to get out..otherwise, it was nice.

I absolutely love the cleanliness of this place. The premises is well-maintained. Room is bright and spacious. Cozy with all the necessities. Staff is welcoming and super helpful in answering questions supplying what I need. Great location for driving in and close to taking public transport, cafes, restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely spotless property and wonderful value for money. The owner, Michael, is just completely lovely, welcoming, friendly, and a font of knowledge regarding where to go to enjoy the best of everything in Lakes Entrance. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with the bathroom in our room having been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. We will definitely stay here again, thank you Michael 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Did not see a staff member. Outside sign "no vacancy" but all other rooms empty - we were the only ones on site. That was good - exceptionally quiet. Very good outside / BBQ facilities but unfortunately weather awful. Excellent location - short walk to waterfront area. Lovely town. Room clean / very good.

Very clean rooms. Looks like newly built and well maintained. Great showers. It's very near the city centre and all amenities. The staff are very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a great property. The rates were reasonable, too.

We had 2 rooms for the night. One of the toasters was faulty and could have been a fire hazard. The toilet cistern in one bathroom was missing a pin to flush. No major complaints.

The location is the best in Lakes Entrance. The Kettle, Fridge and other accessories were good. The checkin process was smooth and flexible. Very friendly staff.

The Wifi was not good and kept disconnecting all the time. The parking was slightly congested. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not sufficient. The steam turned into water and became a splash of pool around the Jacuzzi. There should be a matt to dry feet outside the jacuzzi otherwise the carpets outside will get affected.
