The flat was nice and clean, everything was great, having a full size fridge, and washing machine was nice. The bed was a little hard for me. Enough parking for everyone as well. They had a BBQ outside but we never used it as there stove etc was enough.

A person to talk to would have been good to let us know how or what to do during our stay.

I arrived late in the evening but was easily able to access my room thanks to very clear text instructions. The self-contained apartment had a very functional kitchen, super-comfy bed, and all the amenities I needed. The location is terrific—very close to two supermarkets. Easy parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay and plan to return in a few weeks.

Good location, walking distance to shops marina and Pub. Comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. Big screen TV and great view over the lake.

The carpet in the lounge was either not vacuumed or the vacuum was not working. One of the bedrooms had a blind that was permanently jammed open and could not be closed.

I liked the check-in system via messaging and lock box on the apartment. Another plus was marked parking spots for each apartment. The bedroom was large and very comfortable and every amenity was supplied. Probably the quietest accommodation I've stayed at for a long time.

Carpet was past it's prime but otherwise the apartment was well presented and comfortable.

We loved how the apartment was very central to everything. We liked all the amenities at the apartment, i.e., had everything so we could cook. The staff were amazing and easy to contact.

The TV only gave us 2 channels, no instructions how to use remote. Beds ( mattresses) very uncomfortable.

Views and open plan living spaces. Heating was very efficient Staff attended immediately and pleasantly when there was a problem

Some of the kitchen units are showing signs of wear with peeling laminate edges on cupboards Dishwasher detergent dispenser was broken, so we were unable to use it Inventory of dishes, knives etc needs to be maintained. As there were many shortages

The location was great as it was a 5 minute stroll to a café which had fantastic coffee and food. We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit & it had plenty of room and you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the river across the road. The unit was extremely clean and bed comfortable & there was coffee/tea in the unit on arrival. The pool was very clean and inviting. Booking in was straight forward and we had no issues.

Access was seamless, i received a text message right on time on how to access my room key. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. In a quiet location on the lake and just a short walk to the cafes and restaurants. The pool was perfect!

The apartment is cozy, spotless, and well-kept. It is located in the back of town, across from a lake, and is convenient for food, which is also important. A very pleasant and lovely neighborhood to stroll in. The kitchen is tidy, and the beds and towels are freshly laundered. I ask them to open the windows so I may get some fresh air, and they are happy to do so. Overall, it was a good place to stay, and everything was done well. We will very definitely return.

Excellent location and outstanding value, across the road from beautiful Lake. A stunning town. Designated free Parking in front of ground level apartment. Key Box contactless checkin. Spotless and spacious, no unnecessary fripperies. Very functional kitchen with full size frig, upright cooker and microwave. Spacious lounge/dining room, bedroom and bathroom with washing machine and clothes airer. Makes longer stays easy. Wifi was good.
