The location was very good for our field work purposes. Easy access to main roads & nearby shops. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The beds comfortable too. There was a huge storm during our stay and there were no problems & felt safe in the premises. We needed assistance with our vehicle on the final day of our stay and the mechanic's garage, recommended by the Motel staff, was in the same street. The mechanic fixed our issue straight away and got us back on the road. Fabulous service all round!! Will definitely stay here again.

Just a personal preference but I wasn't a fan of the skylight in the room. It let in sunlight a bit too early for my liking. It is possible they are not in every room. Still happy to come back for future stays.

- perfect location, really close to the event we were attended at Mewburn Park Homestead - short walk or drive to Main Street, cafes, take away food - everything we needed for a one night stay - super comfortable bed - amazing hot water and shower pressure - split system heated the room perfectly - smart tv with Netflix - staff were amazing, super friendly and more than happy to accomodate us and help in any way they could - was able to organise a portacot on arrival (as I forgot to pre organise when booking!) - included an iron and iron board in the room - cupboard to hang clothing (perfect for anything you don’t want to fold or have in your suitcase)

I HAVE STAYED A NUMBER OF TIMES AT THIS MOTEL AND ALTHOUGH THE BUILDING IS DATED THE ROOMS ARE SPOTLESSLY CLEAN,THE LOCATION IS A CLOSE WALK TO EVERYWHERE AND THE STAFF ARE SO LOVELY. I WILL BOOK AGAIN WHEN IN THE AREA.

THE ROOMS ARE NOT AS SOUND PROOF AS I WOULD LIKE. THE NUMBER OF SMOKERS CONGREGATING OUTSIDE ROOMS CAN BE NOISY. i WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MATTRESS TOPPER ON THE BED AS WHILE IT WAS OKAY IT COULD BE MADE MORE COMFORTABLE

The room was large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, honest and helpful. We left a tablet in the room which was handed in by the cleaner and the manager phoned us promptly to arrange a pickup.

The TV light was bright even wen it was turned off. Used a towel to cover it. Everything was great

Very friendly, easy, and super convenient spot. Really clean and surprisingly quiet. Kids loved the pool. And very good value for money.

The town itself doesn’t offer much and a good dinner after travelling was hard to find. But this was nothing to do with the accom which was comfy and clean and welcoming.

We couldn’t fault our stay. For sly greeting and great dinner recommendation (check out the new brewery). Pool was a great option after a long day of driving and temp was surprisingly warm. We were travelling with our caravan and able to park it right out the front.

Only if I was being picky - the bed could have been softer however you can’t cater to everyone’s individual preferences.

Friendly staff, easy access to room, clean bathroom, tea making facilities. Central to Maffra and very quiet at night.

This motel stay was really good. The mattress was a tad lumpy, the pillows were a tad thin. But it's not five star and for the cost it was excellent.

Very clean and comfortable room. All amenities you needed. Parking right in front of the room. Easy check in and out. Real value for money.

Liked everything. Even supplied biscuits with the coffee/tea, which some of the more expensive and fancy places don't anymore.

Breakfast was excellent as always here. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. My choice place to stay while working in East Gippsland. I will definitely be back again. The location for an easy walk to meals is very handy.

Nothing really!

The location is very central, with the town only a few minutes walk, and eateries in all directions. The host was fantastic and extremely helpful when suggesting things to do on our last day. Also, having Netflix was a bonus that I hadn't expected, and made for a fun night in with a great wood-fired pizza recommendation from the host.

I genuinely have nothing negative to say. For the price and location my expectations were well and truly met.
