Great location right in the centre of town, only a five minute walk to the shopping mall, lots of food options nearby. Room was fairly modern, decent TV and decent wifi.

No allocated spaces for parking, but there was plenty available. Not the hotels fault but I had some entertainment on my trip including police turning up asking someone downstairs what their reason was for displaying false rego plates which was quite entertaining, as well as the three tradies smoking a 'special' cigarette outside my room and talking loudly for around thirty minutes, although as I was on holidays and didn't need to go to sleep early this was quite entertaining however would be annoying if i actually needed to sleep.

The rooms were clean and spacious without being wasteful with the space. The Motel was in the heart of Traralgon so food was accessible, there was a microwave, toaster and kettle for reheating - just enough for our needs. Continental Breakfast available, simple but one thing off the list to think about for a busy time away.

The stairs, first world problems I guess

I didn't purchase a breakfast but the complimentary continental breakfast was on offer and it was terrific. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room . The electronic door lock was a great security offering when travelling with expensive gear. The reception staff were exceptional in providing knowledgeable responses to all questions asked.

No complaints at all so all was an enjoyable experience.

A very spacious room (#4) with excellent amenities. Even included plates and cutlery to use. It was in the heart of the city so easy to walk everywhere. We had no car and old so that was important. Continental breakfast was included and more than adequate. We used the split system heater because it was cold and it ran so quietly. Large TV, Good fridge. All appliances were clean and worked. Selected this accommodation because others had rated it as really good and it lived up to what was said. Will stay there again. OH! and the water was really hot, no germs could survive.

There is a saying "If its not broken don't try and fix it" There is nothing that needs changing. Everything was perfect for us and I'm quite sure if we had an issue it would have been fixed there and then. Only thing to suggest is a plastic bowl to was dishes in before we reuse. Not that hygienic to wash in bathroom basin.

Great location, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the included breakfast with plenty to choose from. This hotel is a preferred place to stay when we are in Traralgon and this was our 3rd time.

Our bathroom needed a few things fixed but otherwise everything else was great.

Breakfast was superb although my eyes were bigger than my belly. The bed was extra comfortable

The noise of pedestrian traffic. Padding on the metal staircase near my room to dampen the footsteps of people going up and down. The lack of a soap holder in the shower.

Amazing customer services, highly recommended for stay. Great environment to live and enjoy around. food services are recommended. Manager is quite cooperative.

Nothing is being noticed while stayed , my candidates highly recommended and reference good for this motel. So nothing to report.

position was good on highway beside CBD

My room, although comfortable, was beside a stairwell from which footsteps ascending or descending the stairs were clearly audible, whether early to late evening, in the dead of night or very early morning!

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet. Good Wifi.

No breakfast supplied and I had to go early so couldn't go to the breakfast room. No allocated car parking and had to park near reception on the second night.

Fine reception. Coming into a huge room with great fresh bed(s) with good length. All clean and comfy. Great shower, strong water and good height for me as a Dutchie (1.90m). Locationwise there couldn’t be any better place in Traralgon.

The free breakfast could do with some more variety like fresh cheese and regular/proper coffee.
