Sparkling clean. Lovely new fit out and decor. Great location. Room had great amenities including free underground parking and easy access to rooms. Chromecast to TV was great. The beds and bedding were lovely and super comfortable. We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was overpriced for what turned out to be a continental breakfast. And it was a bit of a let down from the rest of the hotel that was really lovely. The main item seemed to be preprepared Toasted sandwiches, but both kinds contained pork. No vegetarian option and no non-pork option. No kitchen staff to help. It was basic and lacked some thinking around guest diversity. The fruit salad wasn’t fresh and had gone a bit soft.

Great location, walking distance to town. The room was comfortable and of good size. The king bed is comfortable, just right and pillows have a luxurious feel.. Decent amount of facilities in the room and has plenty of bathroom amenities to use for your stay. Smelt nice too. Our room included breakfast, which was nice and had a good choice to choose from, even for children.

The only thing that annoyed us was the shower kept leaking and flooded towards the bathroom door. It obviously has been happening for some time as the water has warped the door frame. The bathroom sink is really low (I'm 6'3) so this was near my knees! The lighting is a bit confusing trying to find what switch does what.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Free parking with internal access to rooms was very good. Individual heating and cooling in room. Coffee machine. Good size shower. I would stay again on future trips to Gippsland.

We pre ordered the breakfast package with room. It did not mention it was only a continental breakfast. No cooked breakfast available. The breakfast was in a tiny corner of the hotel near reception. Not in the Butter Factory restaurant. It was the only disappointing aspect of our stay. The receptionist refunded our pre payment. We had to eat elsewhere in Traralgon.

Amazing location. Super central to bars, restaurants, cafes and walking distance to The Deck where we were seeing a gig that night! Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was fab with plenty of hot water, great water pressure! Super clean and cosy room. Staff were lovely, check in and out was super easy. Couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel had delicious food for dinner. Breakfast was great too. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Having a motorbike, we really appreciated the undercover, off street parking. Thanks for a great stay!

The only very small negative was the nightclub across the road on the Saturday night. The beat of the music went quite late, but once asleep, all good!

By far the best accommodation in Traralgon. Very modern, clean, spacious rooms, really well appointed with excellent bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is only continental, but the offering is good. Located in the heart of town, with cinemas and bowling in same building. Very nice on site restaurant, with lovely staff also.

The breakfast routine was the worst I’ve I have experienced in all my travels ,in Australia and overseas. No food in Bain marine ,lots of people waiting to eat,when food arrived gone in seconds then had to wait ages for next lot to arrive. When food did arrive eggs weren’t cooked enough change of salmonella poisoning whites still raw ,baked beans were cold plus no plates to put food on when it did arrive.Really under staffed they did what they could .Very Poor!!!!!! Speaking from experience as I was the hospitality industry for many years.

Loved the huge rooms and comfy finishings and that large bottles of soap and moisturiser were provided. The bed was comfy and the entire place was sparkling clean. Perfect for a couple or business stay and I will certainly stay again! The brekky buffet in the morning had a good selection that fed me for most of the day!

The room was huge, so modern, fresh and clean! So close to everything you may need. Beds are comfortable and the pillow selection was awesome. I like to take my pillow everywhere with me and I forgot it this trip so I was very happy with the pillow selection. Late checkout until 12 was free, parking was also free, lovely Friendly helpful staff.

Room was a very good size, very quiet and with room for travel cases, Shower and toilet were tops. Coffee machine was good. Next-door/ in house restaurant was a plus and good value. Lots of well-spaced, parking underneath the hotel.

Breakfast was basic - just cereal and a few fruits plus coffee. Nothing cooked that we could see.
