Great place to stay and have enjoyed the last few stays here. We work regularly in the area and like to stay at places that work for our schedule, the reserve staff are very friendly, helpful and support us with late nigh check ins with lights and heaters on in the cold weather. Rooms are always neat and tidy, and if we need to find anything local they are quickly able to point us in the right direction. Especially the extra help provided to our apprentice when he was very late for check in.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This motel looks awful from the outside, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, with lots of small extras . Backing onto a reserve, it was great as we had our dog with us and we could conveniently walk him. The manager is super friendly and helpful, and it a short drive into the pubs and restaurants of Sale.

It’s not a pretty motel, but there was nothing to not like at the price.

The reception/main office was a little chaotic and messy, cardboard boxes and junk everywhere which I won't lie, made me nervous about the rooms. But to my surprise the room itself was immaculate and had everything I could have wanted for the low price I paid! I'm sure the mess is only a temporary phase and will be cleaned eventually, it was just a little off putting as a first impression at check-in.

Staff are wonderful and friendly, as always when we stay here. They go the extra mile and put lights and heating on for our late night check ins, also stop to say hello and introduce themselves in case we need anything. Always recommend this place when staying in the area for work

Staff were very friendly and organised a last minute late night check in, left the room light and heating on so we could come into a warm room. Rooms are always clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and helpful, if you need anything they will help to organise. Highly recommend staying here

Our host, Miles, was very helpful, accomodating & friendly. He went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was spotlessly clean & comfortable, in a convenient location for our visit to Sale & the Gippsland region.

The property was very clean, also located close to where we were attending a function. The staff were amazing very friendly and extremely helpful. the rooms were very comfortable with outstanding amenities. Amazing value for money!

Nothing I did not like, could not fault my stay at all.

The Reserve Motel, has undergone a complete renovation, and it is fantastic, and i could have my little dog in my room. the facilities were all brand new and very very tasteful. We have stayed here before the renovations so we were very pleasantly surprised.

New beds and modern bathrooms, good reverse cycle air conditioning. General layout and car parking excellent.

Only water tap was tiny one in narrow sink, hard to fill water bottles, or wash things. Kitchenette was oddly arranged.

Location where I needed it and great price. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Also very quiet and friendly helpful staff.

Wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It is what it is, if you want fancy and are fussy go elsewhere, otherwise it is completely fine and affordable.
