Being our 1st time visiting Melbourne, we weren't sure how easy it will be to commute from the property to the city and back. But it turned out to be very convenient -- its a short walk to the North Brighton station which around minutes to Flinders station. Our hosts, Paul and Jason, were very accommodating and flexible. We were warmly welcomed by Paul despite our late arrival. Jason, sorry we couldnt meet you in person but thank you for the personal note you left at the door. Thank you to you both for generously granting the requests we made and for making our stay very pleasant. The apartment is well furnished, with all the basic supplies (and more) that you'll need for a week-long stay. We didnt get to stay-in as much due to our busy schedule touring the city and attending the Taylor Swift concerts, but it was always great to come back to a comfortable home away from home.

Couldnt really fault the property. if anything, if the bedroom windows are open, we can hear the neighbours on the next building when they open/close their doors.

Seamless check in and a warm welcome from Jason who met us at the entry to the building and showed us personally to our apartment. Our ground floor 2xbed apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed with the most amazing over sized kitchen! Beds were very comfy and enjoyed lovely, continuous hot water supply from the showers in the updated bathrooms. Peaceful, safe location with great local cafes just footsteps away, plus well stocked IGA around the corner and city train close by. Altogether made for an ideal stay whilst in Melbourne.

Nothing, couldn't have asked for more.

the apartment was a great size with everything you’d need to stay a few days out of the city. great towels and beds. bath for the kids. great having two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Paul was amazing showed me everything and waited for our delayed arrival. he was so kind and gracious

no salt or pepper but everything else was great. loved the complimentary chocolate and water etc. felt very looked after and catered for.

It's not often that accommodation exceeds expectations and is even better than expected by photos but the brighton bay apartments are amazing. Lovely and clean, spacious, amazing having the bath and also air conditioning in the main bathroom. Great location with only a short (under 5 minute) walk to the train station and sky bus. Super happy with our stay

amazing location if you’re looking to explore Melbourne. several restaurants, shops on the street well connected to public transport every little detail was well taken care of inside the apartment everything in the apartment works and works well. it is suitable for month long stays as well, although we just stayed for a week

The location was great! It was a 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station and there's Coles Grocery Store down the street within walking distance. Coffee spots were available all around the apartment which was great too, really superb location.

Getting to CBD can be a little bit of a distance by train but there's Uber so that's fine too

The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate with all the bits and pieces one could need. The location is excellent and the underground parking a bonus. Really nothing to criticize except that the decor was a little dated and uninspired.

Decor

We were greeted by Jason who made us feel incredibly welcome and showed us around. The apartment was much larger than I imagined, highly recommended for families. The bedrooms were away from the living area which was nice. Very good sized balcony, well equipped kitchen, generous sized living room and it felt very private and quiet. Great location, IGA just round the corner and cafes nearby. Excellent value considering the size and location and Jason was just a phone call away if I had any questions, big thank you. Will definitely stay here again 😊

We are regular guests - as always the apartment was clean, tidy, functional and well presented just like the photos. Bright and airy, nice furniture. Awesome personal service, we are warmly welcomed each time we stay.
