Convenient location. Quiet, didn't notice any noise from the street. Able to book parking underneath which is handy. Good value. The staff member who checked us in was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

If you're sensitive to light in the mornings or just hoping to sleep in, I'd recommend an eye mask. The room was reasonably dark, but no block out curtains unfortunately. It was a bit annoying to hear house-keeping vaccumming in the hallway at around 8am, but it seemed quite brief and was only a bother as was hoping for a sleep in.

This place was a godsend. After a horror experience the night before at a different accommodation, I moved to the Quest at Brighton. The staff were so wonderful, arranging an earlier check in, and giving me a free upgrade. There was parking onsite and the accommodation is literally across the road from the beach and the Brighton Yacht Club - very picturesque. The room was very clean and fresh, and the king bed comfortable.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The people working there were wonderful. Warm in manner and reassuring about anything I asked help with even to having some toast for a comfort snack after long drive and hospital visitation as a way of unwinding before bed and for breaky. It wasn’t part of what was available there but they made it happen. I’d been caught out visiting a friend in hospital long drive down and very emotionally draining time saying goodbye and was really needing the care and support they offered. Without they knowing what was going on for me they were the perfect team to be met by at the door. Their manners and relaxed approach whilst also being highly professional- really the benefit of that stay was all in what they did. Thankyou. That stay remains a part of the whole farewelling to my friend. It felt like home being there. She passed away the next day. Thanks guys for being who you are keep up the great work.

Everything really, great location. When we arrived, initially we were allocated a front room by the entrance driveway which didn't impress us as we had booked sometime ago and were staying for 9 nights. We immediately spoke with reception who arranged a different room which we were very happy with. Excellent customer service. So thank you we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very well managed. Personable staff. Respectfully privacy. New property. Very clean. Quiet room. Secure safe room. Excellent for solo traveller. Studio room had kitchenette, large room with sky window/blind, well lit bathroom with large shower. Serviced daily. Very comfortable. Opposite beach, yacht club. Restaurants, shops, boutiques at the top of side street. Location - type ‘Quest Hotel Brighton’ into Google Maps search for correct directions. Approx 40mins drive from Melb Tullamarine airport freeway direct route.

Really spacious and comfortable room. Really close to Brighton beach and only a 10-15 minute walk from a great selection of shops and restaurants as well as a train station into the centre of Melbourne. Will stay here again.

Very little. It is on the corner of a very busy road during rush hour so if you have a balcony room you’d have to leave the doors closed but the soundproofing is very good then.

Lovely large room. Very clean and modern decor and fixtures. Reception staff were friendly. Location of the hotel was fantastic.

Bring your earplugs if traffic noise bothers you. Traffic noise on and off overnight and also early start with what I assumed was the morning work peak traffic. We were on ground floor with a large window that faced the side street but also was adjacent to the property's drop off driveway. I realize it would be expensive, but retro fitting double glazing on windows would fix this easily.

I'm not sure why we're getting this review request again as we've already done one and gave a good review for the young lad who served us at Reception - Andrew. And, had a response to our review from the Manager, so we know it was received.

The key pad for enabling the car park to be secure had been damaged by vandals so the car parking wasn't secure.

A great place to stay with all the modern conveniences of the Quest hotels. Over the road is one of the nicest stretches of coastline in Melbourne and a beach to swim at. Three minutes to the Royal Brighton Yacht Club for meals and coffee - sitting outdoors and ten minutes to the bustling Middle Brighton shopping scene. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower a generous walk-in. Would definitely stay here again...

Good to have a thermostat heater but would have liked the opportunity for another blanket. Ask for one! The hosts are very friendly, helpful and informative and go out of their way to be of service.

The bed was very comfortable

The Louvres outside the windows and doors were full of spider webs and not cleaned the sink leaked under onto the bench below in the bathroom /Shower water pressure was weak/ water splashed under door making it slippery and dangerous. Sink drained very slowly.
