It is an easy walk to the beach and to local cafes. The staff were helpful and accommodating once we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

On arrival there was a note on the gate about self checkin information veing sent, and it hadn't, however the staff were available after 2pm checkin. Parking is on the street and you need to be aeare that one side is a clearway. The stove top didn't look useable (didn't try it as it didn't look great, slightly unused look). Unfortunately the toilet was leaking and as such constantly flushed. Not sure why, but channel 9 on free to air tv was not available (a shame as we were there to waych tennis and couldn't view it!). The balcony door didn't close properly. Overall clean and tidy, probably a little tired and the price reflects this.

Nice comfortable apartment that was a great location with easy access to the beach as well as transportation downtown. The tramline is only like a 5 minute walk away which made it really easy. Communication was good and it was easy self check into the apartment.

Nothing it added pretty much everything I needed. The only thing I would suggest is a coffee maker

Good Price and fairly clean, nice that they dropped extra towels half way through our stay. Very basic room and facilities but for the price it was great. Location is excellent. Great street parking especially as it was a weekend.

Carpets need to be replaced or a good clean , could smell a bit of smoke on outside porch. Overall smell of room could be better.

This is such a "groovy pad"! Roomy enough for two (though I was alone). A welcoming 'down to earth feel', which I prefer to big, sterile Melbourne hotels. Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent price. Alex, the manager, is ridiculously helpful, and the staff keep the place scrupulously clean. 11/10!

WiFi was difficult, but Alex will be sorting that out!

Our room was comfy, spacious and clean.

Parking! It wasn’t bad but it was limited and if you’re parking along the street you needed to make sure that you remembered the hours when you’re allowed to park on what side.

The location is excellent for going to things around St Kilda. We saw a show at the Palais which was a quick walk there and home afterwards. We stayed on a Saturday so free parking out the front was very convenient. Also, the room was lovely and cool when we arrived on a 39 degree celcius day.

Alex was an outstanding host, who ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Topping up room supplies as required, and ensuring a friendly service. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The location was perfect, and close to outstanding dining, entertainment and convenient public transport. We also had secure parking. Air conditioning was perfect (which was great due to the hot summer humidity). Comfortable bedding. Great outdoor deck. All the amenities needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up staying longer!!!

N/A - We liked everything.

We enjoyed the closeness to St Kilda beach & surrounds. The trip into Melbourne CBD for our nights out was very easy on the tram, with the walk from the unit to the tram stop being only 10 minutes.

There was a lack of outlook when sitting on the balcony & anywhere from the room.

Location was very good for competing in the St Kilda triathlon. Close to the start on race day and access to the pleasant pre-race eating and relaxation.

A bit more information beforehand on how the check-in process would work. I was unsure if there was going to be anyone at the location, as at other apartments sometimes there is no-one on-site.
