Central Location, bed very comfortable, on site parking

Yellow liquid in shower and no body wash in dispenser. Didn’t appear that bathroom was fully cleaned and stocked before arrival.

Loved it!! Perfect little studio apartment, room was spacious, kitchen had everything, bathroom was great with a good size shower, AC worked very well, and TV had lots of channels including Netflix. The location was fabulous, on a quiet/safe road with about a 5 minute walk to the station, many bars and restaurants. They had a communal washing machine and dryer which I used at a small price. I also arrived late in the night and the staff were very helpful in sending me the instructions to get in, which was super easy. It was just a really comfortable and lovely stay!

One main issue I had, I’m not sure if this is an Aussie thing but the duvet was strange. It was not encased in a normal duvet cover, it was sitting in between two sheets, which meant at night it was just a bit of a mess unless you do not move at all. It also would have been nice if we were provided with more basics in the kitchen like olive oil or just cooking oil. And a proper lock on the door would have been great as ours didn’t work

the property was the perfect distance away from both toorak rd and chapel st allowing me to feel seperate from the hustle and bustle but similarly only had to walk 1-10 minutes to get somewhere interesting. the apartment was perfectly clean and had everything i needed as a solo traveller.

for some reason the fridge wasn’t working and some of the plugs in the bathroom weren’t working. i didn’t really care though cos i was only gonna use the fridge to keep the salsa i bought cold lol.

- The location is unbeatable, at the edge of a shady residential area, next to rows of shops and restaurants, only 2 mins walk to 24 hrs(?) IGA store. - Friendly, helpful staff.

- In the building where our room is located, there's no lift and the staircase is located outside without any covers, exposed to the sun and rain. - The internet speed is very slow. - Bad soundproofing, we're lucky our neighbours are quiet. - No AC in the bedroom, it might be too cold/hot in winter/summer. ** but those won't deter us from coming back

Location was great, close to train and easy access to city, tennis or MCG. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Washing machine and dryer a aula let too. Shower was one of the best I've had travelling.

There was a little bit of noise transfer from other units but everyone respected the request to keep noise down from eight. Small bar fridge.

Fantastic location, close to transport. The ladies at reception were friendly. Housekeeping if you needed. Everything you needed and facilities to prepare food if you wanted.

Saturday night got a little noisy, only when people were returning after a night out. Entry and room doors bang loudly. Can hear people upstairs walking if wearing heels. Not annoying enough to stop me staying here again. The rest of the time was great.

Unfortunately we were arriving at 6am and had been informed that the reception was open at this time when it was not. When they did open, we were obviously upset and tired and they offered us a free room upgrade which was much appreciated for our trouble. The room was great, very clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable and reception were more than happy to keep us stocked up with tea/coffee/milk all day.

There is no lift so when you have large suitcases this can be a problem.

Location was perfect for heading to John Cain Arena for a concert. Room was clean & tidy plus had everything we needed. Staff were exceptional, understanding & very kind. We had a cancelled flight and they went above and beyond to help us at a very stressful time.

Only thing we didn't like was the pillows in the room. Not really a fault as everyone has their own taste but maybe a soft & firm option could be considered. First world problem I know!

close to the venue where I teach workshops; very clean and comfortable and staff were lovely

The wifi was not very strong when I tried to have a work meeting online yesterday morning at 8am for an hour. That was a bit of a nuisance. The other issue that I would like another time is to be able to watch ABC or SBS news and programs. Two staff showed me how to access the TV, but channel 10 seemed to be the main TV available. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you Jenny

Great large apartment Fantastic location , close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating, and let me check in early and check out late Full kitchen, although I didn't need it, this time is always good to know is there. Supplied body wash, shampoo conditioner, and hair-dryer :) Parking available on site.

I could hear noisy neighbours as i was ss trying to sleep.
