⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Quest St Kilda and was absolutely delighted by my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff, particularly Finn, who provided exceptional customer service. Finn’s welcoming and accommodating nature truly stood out, making me feel right at home from the very beginning. The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness were evident, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend Quest St Kilda for anyone looking for a superb place to stay. With such outstanding customer service and comfortable accommodations, it’s easily a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits!

There was construction going on in the block behind the hotel. During the weekend it wouldn't be an issue, however on weekdays if intending to have a quiet stay or sleepin this can easily be disturbed by the early morning sounds of the workers.. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Quest was a fantastic stay for myself and my dog angel over Christmas. It’s right opposite and enormous Park and close to all sorts of shopping and Café and right near the Alfred Hospital. The staff were also exceptional and willing to help with anything needed a great property, and I will definitely be rebooking.

Not having any cleaning or access to things over Christmas. Would be good to give guests extra towels and coffee etc prior to the stop work period.

Nice quiet location, with a tram stop a short distance from the entrance and only a short walk to the hospital. Room was a small, but had everything needed with beds, couch, kitchenette, TV (opposite beds) and a very nice large outdoor balcony with table and chairs.

Parking was a little confusing due to there being a lot of people booked for the weekend. On check-in I was given instructions that were then corrected an hour later, otherwise everything met my expectations.

Location of the property was good, Just what we were after, Out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still close and easily accessible if we wanted to go there. Tram stop close by was great.

The property could have been a bit more cleaner, The cleanliness did not match my expectation. A lot of scuffs and marks on the walls and mess from previous guests under furniture.

The Location was about as good as it could be as we only needed an early morning tram to get to our Event. It was a good option to stay overnight because my son had an very early start as a Volunteer for a Fundraising Event and I could therefore sleep a bit longer and turn up a bit later to actually walk in the Event.

Everything was exactly what I needed. Parking was available in the street because it was a weekend but we did have to walk a bit to get to the door to check in. Luckily we didn't take much stuff with us.

I asked for a quiet room and they put me on a lane way it was wonderful, thank you Quest. The bed was comfortable and my room was made up each day beautifully. This was a perfect spot for me. Parking was easy to find at the end of each day if you are here for work. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Was a fantastic room with a great view. It was very quiet and excellent to kick back and relax in. Public transport and bike paths right outside the door made commuting without a motor vehicle effortless. It was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The Quest was great value for money and was exactly what I expected and received.

Nothing it was flawless.

great location for visiting melbourne tram stop right outside the hotel 10mins max into the center room had everything you might need, plenty of cafes close by to have breakfast at if your not in the mood to cook in the apartment can highly recommend SNA cafe next door

lay out of the room was a bit poor with the bed right up against the wardrobe making access to the safe difficult

Staff are wonderful and very well trained. they could not have been more helpful. we had several long stays and have zero complaint. Rooms were always cleaned with respect for our possessions and amenities were always there and replenished as needed. big spacious room for a long stay.

really enjoyed our stay nothing to complain about
