Check in Staff and at reception throughout the stay were wonderful. Made you feel very welcome and were professional. The facilities were all very new and everything is in good condition. We loved the accessibility/disability room and facilities for member of our party in Wheel chair. Excellent condition. Thank goodness for the car park as we needed it for our rental car. Location is only a few minutes into the city. Convenience store just downstairs for some essentials and a few great coffee shops within a stones throw of the hotel.

The car park is great but very narrow and steep access down to basement was difficult for our older members in our party. Also if you have lowered suspension vehicle may be a problem. But really just small issue compared to the rest of the positives of our stay.

Great location, very comfortable rooms, and excellent staff. I was here solo for work and got a 1br apartment. It had plenty of space, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was in room 308, which faces directly onto an alley surrounded by other medium rise apartment buildings. As a result, there was very little natural light and the balcony was visible from many of the other apartments. None of this bothered me much, but it may be worth considering a room on the Wellington St (East facing) side, if this might be an issue for you.

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was excellent - modern, clean, comfortable and had every ring we needed. The hotels location was within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to, ie. the MCG, Fitzroy etc. and there were so many cafes and restaurants that we went to that were only a short walk away. Also the staff were always so helpful and attentive and always had a smile on their face when we walked past them. 😊 Thank you Quest Collingwood for making our stay that little extra special! 😊

There was nothing that we didn't like!

This property was open for business in 2023. Such a lovely, easy layout apartment which has everything you need, just perfect for two people. Staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and always welcoming as we left for the day and also on our return, which is very nice, as everyone likes to be acknowledged……when paying for accommodation. I would recommend booking direct with Quest….there are deals to be had.😊 🌟Location is perfect to visit the very, very interesting Gertrude St, especially on a Saturday morning…..my goodness me…. we thought we were somewhere in Europe…bohemian, full of life and loads of people enjoying the variety of restaurants and cafes…….Loved it! 🌟Quest apartments are within walking distance to the International Flower Show, the city, beautiful Fitzroy gardens. .

Turned out to be the perfect location for my purpose. Staff are friendly, room was very clean. I didn't have time to use the gym although if staying longer I certainly would have. Access to conference rooms is a huge plus.

Not having any supply of toothpaste is a bummer. Being unable to carry on standard size tubes into the flight, if you're travelling without checked luggage - which is commonplace for overnight trips - you'd expect that hotels aren't cutting back so far down to single use toothpaste. Id rather pay a extra $10 and be provided with full amenities so I don't have to go to the convenience store to buy something that gets thrown in the bin after one use anyway which completely defeats the purpose of the 'Saving the environment' narrative which operators have latched onto.

Don’t let chain name fool you, Quest Collingwood is of the same quality and aesthetic as some of the best boutique/art hotels we’ve stayed in Australia. The interior fit and furniture both in the rooms and common is elegant and paired-back (think Jardan or Great Dane) and every convenience has been thought of including a fully kitted out kitchen, great lighting in the bathrooms, power points in the bedside tables, proper clothes hangers and private laundry. The hotel is also only a couple of blocks from Gertrude St and the 86, 109, 11 and 12 trams to the city, as well buses that travel through the centre of the city via Lonsdale St. .Judging by the look and vibe of fellow guests, this hotel appears to be a staycation spot for locals, and you can’t get better endorsement than that. To my fellow Sydneysiders: this hotel would not be out of place in Surry Hills or Paddington. We have rebooked for July.

Apart from the out-of-place smoke shop across the road, this hotel is just a few metres from some top galleries and cafes including South of Johnston is open from 7.30am daily for your coffee fix.

Location is great, in the buzzing heart of Collingwood. Just a short tram ride from the CBD. Heaps of great restaurants and funky shops on Smith St or wander up to Brunswick St. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for our group of 5 friends. A sofa bed in the lounge was comfy enough for the 5th person. Was great to have 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

$70 a night for the sofa bed did seem a bit steep considering they only had to make it up once.

Washing machine and dryer. The bed was comfortable. Cooking facilities were fine

Couch and lounge chair were very uncomfortable. The tv was hard to work, even with the help of a staff member, googling the instructions!!!!!! Both tv’s would come on if one was operated !!! Very annoying The car park keys never worked, we finished up with 5 key cards, none worked the car park gates. The car park is difficult to access, the ramp design is very poor and when a car double parks, it is difficult to exit We had to ask twice for the room to be serviced

The staff really make this place. To be greeted, after midnight, straight from the airport, with good cheer and warmth is a real credit to Gustavo. The rooms are really well appointed from a practical point of view; washer, drier, tea, tea towel, reading lamps in thoughtful places, even a coffee bag in the coffee plunger etc. The furnishings are reasonably visually appealing and comfortable, which exceeded our expectations of a Quest apartment. We enjoyed good sleep there due to the excellent block out curtains. The location in Collingwood is very good and surprisingly quiet. Gym was satisfactory.

We were staying for 5 nights and my wife is a very light sleeper so we requested a quiet room with a nice view - well in advance of our stay. Upon arrival at 1am we were told we did not have this for the first night. And for our request to be fulfilled, we had to move rooms the following morning. This was both disappointing and inconvenient and interfered with our plans for the first day of our trip. We did move and the second room was quieter and had a much better view, but was generally much dirtier than the first room (e.g. dust/other people's hairs on the couch, several stains on the carpets, cleaning not as thorough etc). So much so that I requested the cleaners attend again. Overall it was a good stay, but could have been much better without all the hassle at the start.

Very clean and tidy room, exceeded our expectations. Staff was amazing. Danielle, the reception manager, and my short short interactions with Elizabeth were amazing as well, both professional and friendly.

No views at our room and natural light was lacking in the room, merely the location of our room. Wouldve liked additional light switch to control lighting with dining and living room areas.
