We liked the location - just off Eastlink, a main freeway - the nightly rate, and the staff. My husband and I expected much less than what we got for the moderate rate of $147 for a queen size room. Having my elderly mother insist on hosting the family Christmas celebration on Boxing Day in her tiny home in the eastern suburbs, we needed a room at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised to find this slightly hidden gem just 10 minutes from Ringwood. Reception were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was huge, the bed comfy. The adjacent Indian restaurant was open and suddenly, what had been a dreaded night spent in a tent in the backyard during a storm became an unexpectedly pleasurable evening. I have several top items on my personal hotel room tick-list. Large fluffy white towels. Seperate shampoo & conditioner. A fridge with a freezer that works. Extra pillows, and pillows that one can comfortably rest one’s head on without needing a half-metre long neck. Easily negotiable shower taps. Simple things, easy comfort. Know has all this - thus, that the room was somewhat aged was irrelevant.

Nothing - it was excellent

My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower was amazing and it was great to have a little kitchenette. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was being on a main road. I did not hear any traffic at all. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Extremely quiet accommodation. Adequate cooking utensils for our needs. After hours check in was very efficient

The entrance to our apartment was unappealing. I think a refurb to the front is needed as it sets a bad tone and doesn't reflect the comfort of the room inside. The upholstery on the fabric couch needed a steam clean. There was a light that stayed on outside all night and shone through the kitchen window, this was annoying for those sleeping in the front room.

The one bedroom apartment was quite spacious for 3 people. Kitchen, washing machine with detergent supplied & a dishwasher.

The rooms are a little dated but they are being renovated overtime.

Friendly and easy going by the lady at reception. No hassle checking in and out. Great value for money. As well as bonus having private washing white goods. As well as one of the best Showers for pressure and space have experienced yet!!

Bed and pillows would be my biggest issue about needing an upgrade.

From the exterior it may seem a little dodgy but the service and amenities were reliable and great. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. I actually really liked the unique 80s architecture of the building.

Ciggarette butts littered the ground outside the rooms.

The location is great including the attached gym pool and restaurant. Facilities were clean and staff were lovely

Bed not made enough

We like how the beds were at the motel,quite comfy for us..shower was on of the other as well..kept well and maintain also look mordern so it was great.great costermer service too as well..really appreciate his effort for welcoming us at the motel..

What we didn't like was that, some parts of rhe apartments was not been repaired to standard, some stuff was missing from the kitchen too as well..

Nice sized room, bed was comfortable, bathroom a good size

Only one chair, would have preferred two to sit at the table. A little bit shabby in need of refurbishment.
