The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our three stays in the motel for a total of 20 days. The bathroom was small but ideal. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept very clean with new towels etc when requested. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Parking was very convenient directly beneath the apartment block. There were lots of shops and cafes in easy walking distance. Noise was not a problem for us. It is not a luxury hotel but for what we paid we were very pleased with all aspects.

There is honestly nothing we would criticise although I suppose that had we been on a higher floor, a lift would have been helpful.

Very accomodative staff. Rooms were very nice. Studio apartment style. Basement free parking.. I even extended my stay. Recommended

The construction site next to the apartment. Noise pollution. But the staff were kind to move me to another quiet room on the other side.

The reception staff were extremely helpful. There were lots of cafes and shops in easy walking distance. Parking was easy directly below the apartments.

Thee was nothing to not like. We were in the ground floor but a lift would be helpful if on upper floors

Host, Ivan, was exceptional - pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient. We arrived in the dark, in light rain. Ivan opened the carpark door remotely, to save us getting wet, then helped us to our room with the cases. Ivan was friendly to other guests & helpful to all. With local knowledge, Ivan recommended a nearby hotel (Skinny Dog) for dinner. Food was delicious, well priced & hotel had a friendly atmosphere. Kew Apartments are very lucky to have a host of Ivan's calibre!! We were allocated a quiet room, shielded from road noise by new adjoining tall buildings Our room was modern & well equipped. The kitchenette was very useful. Location is close to tram & access to the city, also to other locations using roadways & GPS.

Being previous residents of the Kew area we knew there could be some road noise from Kew Junction, but did not find it a problem. The design of the bathroom so close to one side of the bed made access tricky at times.

Secure parking, very helpful staff, close to public transport, excellent shopping and eating options nearby.

Description of room options needs to be corrected.The accommodation was described as "one bedroom apartment" and "garden view" but it was just a large studio with some leaves visible out the window. Staff told me they have no 1-bedroom apartments in that biulding and no garden, just a couple of skinny trees in the gap between that block and the one nextdoor. All are studios but the 'apartments' have more floorspace.

Modern, spacious hotel room with kitchenette and balcony. Comfortable bed, good lighting and very clean bathroom with a good shower and nice towels. Excellent secure off-street parking - very easy to manoeuvre car in and out. Ivan at reception was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay here again.

On arrival there is very little on-street parking. To enter the car park you need to checkin and use your room key to open car park security gate. It would be helpful to have an intercom to reception at the entrance to the car park so that they can open the garage door remotely before going to reception to checkin.

We had everything we needed: a comfy bed, a powerful hot shower, a silently working AC and a workable kitchen. Room was spacious for 2 people. Everything was clean. Manager/owner was very friendly and helpful. We could keep our bicycle in the garage. Supermarket in walking distance. Tram/Bus into Melbourne Center just around the corner. Took about 30 min. to get to center.

Opening and closing bathroom door was heavy work.

Best stuff ever: Ivan is very friendly and helpful! Great value for money, very big room with little kitchen Public transport close by, to get easily into the City. Many shops (big grocery store) nearby. Not very loud, though located at main street

Cleanliness needs to be improved in the kitchen: The handles of drawers are sticky and some of the dishes are dirty. No mosquito nets on the windows. By arriving there were a lot of insects in the room.

Friendly staff (Ivan was lovely), comfy bed, a kitchenette, good location right near trams and buses for travel into the city. Lots of eateries and other shops and supermarkets close by. Nice hot water in the shower. I had no real complaints.

Bathroom placement was a bit awkward. The toilet was only a metre from the bed, only separated by a glass wall. Some soundproofing would be good as I could hear my neighbours uh... nocturnal activities... late into the night. Take some earplugs!

bed was large and very comfortable with heavy pillows, all cooking utensils were provided, air conditioner was efficient and customer controlled bath room was large and light switches were convenient. parking was convenient for visitors

bathroom used motion sensors for a light switch and so would constantly switch off, room had led lights everywhere that could not be turned off, including over the bed so the room was never dark, with how large the bathroom was it could have included a bath but it was just an open shower. bath room had no heated lights so got cold very quick.
