I loved the cleanliness the shower and toilet block the kitchen and lounge room everything was spotless fresh clean thoroughly enjoyable place to stay I book for one night and it’s been three nights so far and the staff are so helpful and beautiful people. I will most definitely be back here for peace and quiet and friendly staff and patrons for just a bit of time out and different scenery from the western suburbs. I wouldn't call this a holiday destination hotel or anything like that, but for a clean, comfortable stay a short distance from Melbourne airport, well serviced by public transport, and reasonably close to the CBD it is perfect. Anywhere else I would have said it was expensive for what it was, but given the prices of other hotels the same distance or closer to the airport, it was reasonable as these are very expensive in Melbourne.

Very limited parking - we did park at the train station (a very short walk) instead which technically you arent supposed to do, but being a Sunday night & that we were leaving before 5am the Monday morning, it didnt pose an issue.

A very clean modern Hotel, the rooms are upstairs, has a lift, rooms have all the comforts TV, bar fridge, big comfy beds. The Essendon Train station is opposite, free parking on site or the Park n ride carpark. I had a beef burger for dinner in the Bistro was delicious and15% off meals. Check inn is seamless, very friendly staff. It's a Nightcap Hotel, book direct and save$

If your room faces the Train Station, it can be noisy. Otherwise, its good for a short stay.

Thin walls mean all noise from the corridor and doors could be heard It would be nice if there was at least a sink in the room, having to traipse to the bathroom to wash hands was annoying No privacy glass or net on window that looked out over a road I paid a lot for this room but I think that's because I stayed during the Taylor Swift concerts in Melbourne

Clean room, clean bathrooms, good cleaners. Friendly welcome on arrival. Great food at the hotel restaurant which you get discount at. Parking for your car. Train/tram/bus stop outside hotel, so easy to get into the cbd. Air con good, tv, and complimentary drinks. Social area for cooking is also great as its clean and very modern.

Personally the bed felt too soft for me but others may think different.

I have high standards and this place has met/exceeded my expectations. I usually only stay in 4 and 5 star hotels but needed something more affordable whilst I am looking for permanent accomodation. I was worried about the shared bathroom especially because I am hygiene freak but it was no problem. Bathroom was sparkling clean and not busy when I used it. I did have a smaller room on my first night (double) which was a bit tight for a longer stay as I have a lot of luggage. I changed to a queen the next day which was really spacious, however quite far away from the bathroom toilet. If you are used to getting up at night to use the bathroom, maybe asked for a room closer to the bathroom ;) I got a drink voucher with my stay too which was another positive!

The only little hiccup was that someone smoked in their room so the fire alarm went on and we had to evacuate late in the eve. Apart from that, all great! Check the zircon unit in room 7. It makes extreme loud noises at random times. Tv main wasn't on, so had to call someone to check the tv for me, but no problem as the manager came super quickly!

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The room was perfect for our 1 night stay, everything was clean and comfortable, and having a smart tv in the room was a bonus.

It’s very understanding about the check in time being 2pm, but just a very uncomfortable wait, I would say if you were to stay here and your flight gets there a bit earlier have something planned in the meantime. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, we got a free drink on arrival. There is a kind of casino underneath the hotel, but you hardly notice it. Clean rooms that feel new and spacious. Really liked the shared kitchen with free coffee, tea and fridge to use.

It’s not in the center, although you easily can get there by tram, bus or train. Reception was closed when we wanted to check out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have the accommodation attached to a hotel with bistro for a meal and drinks. Very clean and comfortable room. Loved the decor and tiles in bathroom. Across the road from a train station, tram 2 min walk and cafes close by.

Had trouble working the air-conditioning to suit me as simple panel on wall not remote.

The beds were Very confy. Room number 7 was the perfect size for me, my teen daugther and ourmany luggeds. The kitchinet área was so cozy and the cleaning lady and the reception man were Very friendly and proactive. I was not expecting to have It all. Even the shared bathrooms were Very neat and clean! We already miss the place!!!
