A comfortable stay, location was great to access the mall for food and a play for my 3 Yr old. Westfield mall had everything we needed, it was fantastic with amazing shops, food, cinema and play. Easy access to the hotel resturant and a kids play room, added bonus we got a few free drinks voucher on arrival. We watched a soccer match on a big screen in the resturant, which as great. Staff were very helpful.

A bit loud at niight as the room was close to the main building resturant and bar. Some nights people were leaving the bar at 3 am so a few early wake ups for us. A bath would have been nice for my 3 Yr old, we only had a shower.

Having the queen bed and a single bed is great for our family. Lots of places just have one big bed and the child is expected to sleep with the parents. The single bed was on wheels so we could push it next to our bed for our daughter to feel close to us. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here a few times. The dining venue is surprisingly great. The view is amazing and a lovely outdoor area with a TV for watching the footy etc. Walk across the road and you are at Doncaster Westfield for some shopping without worrying about parking.

Location & cleanliness of spacious room

No sound proofing between rooms we were in room 10 & the kids next door were yelling etc till midnight & you could even hear them when it was just light hearted laughter 😞. Smoking is allowed on the balconies which means it is miserable for non smokers as unpleasant on your balcony and unable to have your door open for fresh air as it blows I

Location was excellent for us as it was central to each destination we had to travel to. A restaurant being available was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable and wardrobe space good, with coat hangers available. Amazing view of the city from the restaurant.

Rooms are a little rundown but value for the price point.

1. Clean tidy rooms, good lighting, clean sparkling bathroom. 2. TV on both the areas of the room, Split AC/heater in both the areas of room. 3. Ample amount of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, coffee, tea. 4. Bistro is 5 steps away, or can order food from the room easily. 5. Great views from the balcony. 6. Ample amount of parking available.

The location was perfect for us, the huge Westfield Shopping Centre just a walk across the road. The Shoppingtown Hotel is right next door with great meals. We were there for a family event and was within walking distance of them also.

Everything was great, there was nothing we didn't like

Quick check in with friendly staff. Plenty of toiletries for all 4 family members and 2 tv's in our family style room. Beds were comfortable. Tea, coffee, biscuits and milk provided. Bistro on site with extensive menu.

There were a few functions on so a lot of late night noise as people were leaving or going to their rooms. Our balcony overlooked the bin area so we didnt feel comfortable sitting out there.

The way that the staff were so helpful even though we checked in later (at night). I loved that they were accommodating and asked us if we needed anything else and made sure that we knew everything we had to do and what was around for us. The room was clean, with shampoo conditioner and soap. great value for money.

It was a little bit noisy as it is placed right next to the pokies and there were people around at all hours of the night. it is also right next to a main road which makes it noisy once again.

location was perfect for us. having the shopping centre across the road is a bonus as well. hotel had everything we needed. restaurant and bars were great and kids room was a great idea. view of the city was great as well. would definitely recommend and stay here again

Great location for eastern suburbs. Large, clean rooms with balcony. Will stay here again if price remains competitive.

Tea, coffee etc not replaced unless asked (stayed for 3 nights). Blockout curtains did not close.
