The owners were very nice. Didn't realize there was no microwave in the room when booking, but they were happy to get us a small microwave so that we could heat up food. The staff was very good and checked on us even on Easter Sunday to see if we needed anything and cleaned up the bins. No wonder the rooms are very clean.

We were in a family room, but there were only two mugs for tea coffee making although there were beds for 6 people in the room. There were plenty of glasses though.

I had a very warm5 & friendly greeting at reception, which was lovely after a long day of driving. Parking was just outside the door, and the room was very clean, smelt great, and had an efficient air conditioner.. Also appreciated was TWO comfy chairs to relax in and have a cuppa (most motels only seem to have one). A most comfortable overnight stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed beautiful bathroom. Owner very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is available for an extra charge Quiet location. It is on 2 levels so need to be able to negotiate steps if allocated a room on top level

No toaster or microwave (I guess they want you to order breakfast!)

ONE OF THE CLEANIEST PROPERTY'S I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, ( I HAVE STAYED IN MANY) BED LINEN WAS THE BEST. MY HOSTS WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY, COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE IMPRESSED. I WILL DEFINATLEY BE STAYING THERE NEXT TIME I VISIT SWAN HILL.

Nice spacious room for a family of four, good size bathroom, large TV, clean sheets, close to shops & takeaway. Great for one or two night stop over during your travels.

Nothing, except power points and edges of carpet next to brick walls very dusty, not good for those with dust allergies. Simply dust & vacuum to clean these areas then the room would feel a lot fresher for guests.

Located close to shops. Huge king size bed which was so comfy and curtains were recessed which meant room was still nice and dark in the morning. Bathroom has been recently upgraded and was absolutely beautiful. Netflix was available on the tv which was a pleasant surprise! We stayed at another hotel in Swan Hill a fortnight before and this was not available. We will definitely be back!

I loved that the rooms were clean and there was plenty of room for my family. The owners were welcoming and lovely.

A toaster would be great in the family room and the pool needs some maintenance but it didn't effect our stay.

This was our first time staying here. Rooms were very clean, spacious and well presented. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The bed was so comfortable. Better than some high end accommodation. The room was very generous in size. The bathroom has been updated.

There was no buffet breakfast. Can't fault it any other way.

The room was great! It was extremely clean and the owners even helped ensure we could check on a little earlier to avoid needed to check in after hours, as we had an all day function.

the walls were quite thin and we could hear a lot of what was going on around us, however, that more comes down to the noisy patrons rather than something the inn could improve
