We loved the breakfast, everything was cooked well, and arrived hot. The bed was very comfortable, we travelled with my Mother, we had adjoining rooms which worked out well, although as she had a walker to help her get around, the doorways weren't wide enough for her to walk aided into our room, we got passed that problem, and enjoyed our stay.

There wasn't much we didn't like, except an annoying cricket continually makin it's noise, not the fault of the motel, and a tap that was squirting out of the side, which we reported, and it was going to be fixed, the only other thing was the parking, it was very close to other cars, a bit tricky backing in and out, lucky everybody were good drivers!

The price was excellent for the quality service received. Room was modern, clean & comfortable; smart TV, wifi, alarm clock, heater/cooler, electric blankets & included breakfast all made for a welcome stay. Staff were helpful with any requests re. extra items required, etc. & were friendly; I was even bought a coffee by the Manager! I will definitely be returning next time I need accommodation in Swan Hill! :)

Room had ac and an electric blanket, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty, could've had two toasts though! Overall a nice experience, can recommend.

The parking is right outside your window, which is a bit inconvenient when someone starts their truck early in the morning.

The breakfast was very good and arrived exactly at the requested time. The location was easy to find and convenient to the destination of our event.

Small things like the fridge not being checked after previous occupant. Also a lamp not working and the fact that to fill the kettle you needed a small jug as the kettle did not fit under the basin tap.

The complimentary breakfast was a great addition to a great priced room!! The room was clean and comfortable and quite spacious. We could fit 2 porta cots no worries. Pool was nice for a swim.

Car park!! The only bad thing is the car park it’s very easy to get blocked in and very hard to navigate out. Room to park on the street though which I would recommend. Very close parking still to rooms.

Breakfast was great . Good location for us , close to relatives but in Swan Hill it's pretty close to everything anyway Staff very friendly. Room very clean and good chairs ,

Bed was hard. With a 5 day stay it would have been nice to have tea / coffee replenished , cups replaced with clean ones [ hard to wash properly in bathroom sink with no detergent], bins emptied & towels replaced without having to ask .

A Continental breakfast was included in the price which was much appreciated.There was a lovely pool and outdoor area which we enjoyed using.There was even a cubby house and pool noodles to use.The manager changed our room to downstairs without any problems when we explained our excess baggage lol.

Free cooked breakfast first morning but unavailable next day. Offered an alternative which they didn’t charge for. Staff very helpful. Insect spray provided. Extra towels for swimming.

Had to step up and step down for shower. Shower floor not flat because of drain placement and situated where you stand. Slippery. Detergent for crockery would have been helpful. Motel showing it’s vintage

Breakfast was good. Would have ordered a second slice of toast if I had of known there would only be one. Room had everything you could want. Air con was good and water pressure good

Parking is a little tight and the surface was noisy. Tv was a little hard to work out.

I cannot fault the properly as it had everything l needed and the staff were very courteous and super helpful and friendly.

The only thing I found awkward was the small carport is many rooms had cars and you had to be careful getting out.
