Older style motel that we found was basic but very clean and tidy. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with a couple of selections of pillows. Went for a continental breakfast and just like I remember, basic and convenient, very nice. Very hot when we stayed in Swan Hill, so the aircon worked well. Didn't bring my togs, otherwise I would have gone for a dip in the pool. Walking distance to town where you could find heaps of food options.

Were charged $3 something a few days after our stay. Have had no correspondence to explain the charge. This is something that could be improved on. Apart from that, very pleasant stay for 1 night.

My wife, adult daughter and myself have just spent a lovely night at the Quality Inn motel. Mike (the Manager) was fantastic and was the main reason why we enjoyed our stay so much. What a lovely, professional and people friendly person he is! Our first interaction set the scene when he upgraded us into a room that better suited our needs. Then he helped carry our luggage up into a second level room after witnessing my dodgy knees and ankles. Mike provided us with many local tourism tips and and communicated regularly during our visit. He is an asset to the Quality Inn organisation and exudes ‘Quality’! A fantastic one night stay.

Nothing NOT to like!

This was an excellent choice as a stopover accomodation. It was central and we walked everywhere including to dinner at Java Spice ( amazing !!!) and to the Pioneer Village that night to see the absolutely must see spectacular light show. The room was well set up and the bathroom seemed new. Very spacious shower.

There were a few little issues with maintenance but the owner responded to these in an efficient and friendly manner. Thanks

Overall it's very good. When your room is made-up - they do a great job and little touches like plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and bicuits, toiletries etc always replaced are a big deal to most people.

If you're not out by about 10am on any particular day, then you miss out on getting your room made up completely. Maybe there could be a time request by sms or something. These things make a difference to the feeling of value for money. It's often so full that you can't park near your room.

Friendly greeting, rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, Kids loved the pool and beds were comfortable, close to all amenities, easy walk to main street to restaurants and cafes

I don't think the mini bar is necessary, because you can easily grab anything you need close by

The motel had a breakfast menu, dine in, room service or take away. While not an extensive menu it is more than adequate and reasonably priced. The room was very comfortable for your night stay. The staff were friendly and able to advise on dining options. Bathroom/ shower was great. Overall, Swan Hill was a nice place to stay.

Nothing too much to dislike.

Location was close to our event. Bed was extremely comfortable and room well equipped. Would have liked to stay more than one night but had to get back to Melbourne for school and work commitments. Staff allowed us to check in earlier than 2pm as we had an event and needed to get ready, which was very much appreciated.

The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and there was a nice comfy sofa to sit in and relax (some motels just have dinner table chairs). We had the continental breakfast and it was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The motel is also close to restaurants.

Honestly can't think of anything to complain about.

Pool was not cleaned and available for use during our stay Second room had a problem with insects entering room through windows (they can’t recall if there were fly screens or not (?) to eliminate this. We booked two rooms - review is only applicable to one (no option for 2nd room comment on review)

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owner and staff were super friendly and very helpful.

My room was on the ground floor, right next to parking so the really early risers (6am) warming up their diesal 4wds certainly got up for the day! 🤣 Having said that my booking was an unplanned, last minute, late night booking - I had the last room available, so that is avoidable if you plan ahead.
