While the room was compact it had the basic essentials for what I presume is a low budget motel. The owners were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome, the room was very clean, the floor coverings are in very good condition, the bed is comfortable and the hot water is instantaneous. I would have no hesitation in returning.

Lack of natural lighting, but given the design of the room there is not a lot can be done.

A short walk to town for all that you need. The staff were super lovely on my arrival and provided a room with convenient parking for my motorcycle at the door. An older motel that has had some love. My room was very clean, had all that I needed for my stay and the bed was super comfy. Good value for an overnight stay. Would gladly stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was close to town so it was a convenient location. Clean and tidy, comfortable and friendly staff. Basic appliances in the room which allowed us to make our own breakfasts and also make up hot water bottles for night time. Very handy

Roof I think was thin as we had a very chatty pigeon on the roof which became an annoying noise at times

I was greeted with a smile, warm welcome, and conversation when checking in which was nice after a long day of travelling. The room was clean and tidy. Nice big shower in an updated bathroom. Able to make toast in the room for a quick and easy breakky which was a plus! The bed was comfy. Was great to have a table and chairs in the room so we could eat at the table and not on the bed.

THe internet was a bit intermittent in the room, we were near the back of the property, but not a deal-breaker, we were only there one night.

We were very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and this older motel has been freshly painted and the ensuite bathroom renovated to a good standard. All necessaries provided. Great people running the motel and they really make an effort to look after you. The motel was very popular the night we stayed. It's very good value for an overnight stopover.

There's not much of an outlook from the room, this didn't worry us as we were out mostly. It's good value for money.

The room originally assigned to us had water seepage after several heavy rainfalls during the day. We were given another room for same cost. Our staff member (we guess the manager) was concerned that Val could use the shower, it having a ledge to step over into the shower, and Val with recent knee replacement surgery. We very much appreciated this consideration. Thank you - we would certainly recommend this motel to family and friends. Bert and Val Morris MILDURA

Most welcoming man at check in office . Very Helpful freindly. Location was excellent. Room was clean, large spacious size. Comfortable beds pillows. Would highly recommend staying here.

The room has had an upgrade, is very clean and well appointed. .. Very comfortable bed, new aircon and great shower. Close to town. Our second visit and will certainly stay again when in Swan Hill. Parking at the door

The room had everything we needed, including extra blankets and pillows, as it was a very cold night. Everything worked. It was cosy.

There are not many photos to show the room that we were booking. We would have liked to see more information about the room, but it was still good.

Didn't get breakfast can't coment ,location was central and easy to get to and from .

I was not looking for a 5 star accommodation ,staff was friendly room was clean bathroom was very acceptable.
