Comfort Inn Lady Augusta Motel

The room was well laid out and on the ground floor with a lovely spa as requested . The facilities were clean and space size excellent .The bed really comfortable and the supplied pillow choice a delight and the room was clean and ready to enter on arrival .The receptionist was lovely and helpful and very patient and efficient .

We had paid for a included breakfast - and on arrival discussed that we would be having breakfast .Breakfast the next morning was odd , we arrived to a dark breakfast room at 8 am and since we had been told as breakfast runs from 07:30 -09:00 so no idea how we'd missed it. After turning on the lights , a long wait and no visible staff on site and phone contact used - milk and bread arrived with apologies of a medical emergancy. The cereal was fresh , nice variety of teas avail, juices were tasty and cold and the reception on leaving the hotel were apologetic .

Well exceeded our expectations! Spacious, modern, clean, complete with spa & coffee machine. The proprietors were just fabulous! So friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had a smell to it, like mould or something? it was completely spotless, so it may just be an “airing out” issue, as there were no windows that could be opened, but the smell subsidised when we left the bathroom door open. It wasn’t a big issue and definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying in such a fantastic room.

Staff and key access great and easy. Roomy and clean. Good for a nights stay.

We were up nearest the main road so truck noise during the night was a bit much. Also beds were too soft for me - felt as if I needed to hold onto the edge all night. Even though a toaster was provided - no plates or knives were available.

We ordered breakfast for 1 morning and were very pleased with it. We liked the convenient location of this hotel.

We didn't like the difficult parking, we were in number 24 and access to the parking bay for this unit was restricted by a vehicle and stored ?building materials adjacent to the parking bay.

Freshly renovated room and bathroom. Spacious and comfortable. Space with plenty of light and good quality privacy screens on the main windows. Beds were superbly comfortable and come with a handy pillow menu. Shaded parking opposite our room. The owners have worked hard to upgrade and refurnish the complex. Definitely well worth its top ranking with other reviewers. Small pool with a cosy lounging zone.

The owners are still working on refinements to a few areas of the complex. This venue will only get better as these projects are completed.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved that there was a firm and soft pillow option. Kitchen facilities were great. The pool was lovely. Great location close to the main shopping area.

Water leaked out of the shower and made the bath mat quite wet.

the mattress was really soft and could not sleep on the bed properly. It sank inside quite a lot which gave me a bit of back ache. but since i was there for one day, so it was not much of an issue.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. Travelling every month, it breaks up a long 12 hr drive. Having stayed at 5 different motels in Swan Hill previously, this is most definitely our go to. The beds are super comfy ( something the 5 other’s lacked ) Nothing is more important than a great night’s sleep. Fridge and freezer is extra roomy and place is always spotless. Staff are great, very friendly. Last trip even managed to accommodate us into a ground floor room at the last minute. Would highly recommend . Will be booking again in two weeks :)

garden out side the room made parking difficult and it was just dirt everything in the garden was dead and you could help walking in it when you got out of the car as the parking was squeezy. just get rid of garden bet put a plant in a pot. also the garden bed edge was dangerous when getting out of car at night

Good location. Great freshly cooked breakfast offerings [waffles pancakes, omelettes] as well as cereal offerings, juices, fruits etc. to last you all day. Host, staff always available friendly

As on a 4WWF needed an accessible room and this was not fully as had to get over a curb from concourse level to both room and breakfast room . Also ridge in doorway. A suitable rough bathmat and shower. chair were provided so could shower
