Banyan Place

The location was the best! We could walk to the beach and all the nearby restaurants. It was still on a pretty block. The owner was really responsive and kind. The living room sofas were amazing, and the TV was huge and modern. The bed was comfy, and the bedroom was pretty.

The check-in process could have been clearer - I was confused by the initial message referring to the "roll door." You use the lock box to access the key and garage remote, and open the garage with the remote before using the key to enter the unit through the door inside the garage.

Location was great. Easy walk into the CBD.

The assumption that when booking for 2 people that the second person is a partner. The property was advertised as having 2 single and 1 double beds and I could see no reason to request another bed. It appears booking for 2 means only the double bed is available. Glenda was very understanding and allowed the use of the single bed.

We had a wonderful stay because the apartment had plenty of room for myself my husband and my toddler, It was bigger than in the photos and had a study/2nd lounge area (1 bedroom, unit 6, downstairs) And we paid an additional small fee for our toddler, and brought our own porta cot. Amazing central location, we were able to walk to tenpin bowling, restaurants, cafe, theatre, IGA, and it made it so much easier not having to use the car. There is a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans etc and even bonuses such as baking paper and Tupperware containers, which gives it a lovely house feel and makes everything so much easier for a family on holiday. We were so warm and relaxed and would definitely come back!

The room upstairs has a loud spa bath that you can hear turn on and off, but there are clear instructions when noise has to stop at night and my toddler did not notice so it wouldn’t deter me from returning.

Excellent location. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the premises. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds, exceptionally comfortable. Management wernt out of their way to make our stay an unforgettable experience. A 'gem' and great value for money. Ideal for the break away moments to unwind.

We could not find any fault with the Unit from checking in to checking.out. There was nothing to dislike about the premises in general.

The location is perfect for us. Walk to the beach, shops, clubs, cafes. Very comfortable bed and spacious enough for two. The bathroom has a large spa bath

This is the upstairs area of a two storey townhouse that has been spilt into two areas. We knew the set up regarding the kitchenette but we had people in the ground floor apartment that we could hear. The balcony is right on the street and not covered

Fantastic location. The apartment was very modern and had all the facilities that we needed. Glenda, our host was very helpful and sent us details of local activities to visit during our stay. She also allowed us to check out late which my husband and I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Bayan Place as a place to stay.

Very neat and clean place in a perfect location. Was a bit of a treasure hunt working out how to get in but the instructions were clear enough. It was great having a garage for the car, it was a squeeze but fitted my Mazda CX-8.

No a/c or fan in the bedroom but there is an a/c unit in the lounge area.

Convenient location close to Flagstaff Hill and restaurants. A short walk to the city centre and supermarkets. The apartment was well appointed, clean and spacious. Glenda was very informative and friendly. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Warrnambool and will recommend it to our famity and friends.

Modern, well equipped, spotlessly clean, extra touches to ensure a really comfortable stay, huge bathroom & laundry was very convenient, great heating & electric blankets ensured we were very cosy, great location, just loved staying there!

Car parking was a little awkward with a large SUV, just required a little care to manoeuvre into the space

Unit was large and comfortable, well furnished and clean and tidy. Bed comfortable with good bedding. Off street undercover parking was a bonus.

Not a big deal, but finding the key at night when dark was a problem.
