We had to pile all our dirty used wet towels on the floor under the basin in the bathroom, after a day with hot weather they were smelling & no fresh linen or rubbish bins emptied, if we required towels, toilet paper & so on we had to ask at front reception probably would have been provided fresh linen also but l am not paying money to stay in a motel & then having to change our own sheets on beds. They told us this was due to Covid but you still get charged top dollar for the room. Parking for cars was a problem also, as other cars were taking up 2 spaces leaving no room for others

Staff member moved us to two rooms on a lower floor which was greatly appreciated as one of our group has difficulty climbing stairs and the lift wasn't working. She did her very best to ensure we were comfortable and was extremely helpful. The location is excellent and room was clean and comfortable.

Couldn't open the curtains in room 4 and we would have liked if they had the restaurant operational.

Easy to find, clean exactly 3 cups for water, 3 cups for coffee and 3 tea spoons, enough towels for 3 as well. Good location to the STABLE DOOR

Not able to wash dishes used no tea towel, no plates or bowls yet a microwave is available. I have added a photo of kitchen area Parking is very narrow so be careful as whom ever parks next to you may scratch your car

Great location- had a lift-( which I need) Spotless

My only negative was the bathroom is looking very tired and needs an update. But it was absolutely SPOTLESS. So I could overlook its age.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We needed level access and the lift up to our rooms made for easy access. One of our group left their sandals behind and we contacted the motel staff - they went above and beyond to get them back to us quickly. Thanks so much.

Clean & comfortable. Lovely to look across the highway to an attractive view of Warrnambool.

The dirty crockery. The shower curtain rail that fell down when I drew the shower curtain. Dim lighting in the car parking area.

Excellent communications with staff. Also, the motel is well placed on the highway and within the town. Everything clean.

The motel is showing its age, especially the general look of the bathroom. However, the water worked, it was clean and hot and so I refuse to say anything negative, well done folks!

Staff lovely, room very good for the price. Also was nice and quiet and considering I had a young boy with autism staying away for his first time it could not have been much better.

Nothing to be honest, as stated above the room for the price, and lovely staff negates any whinging I’d do anyway.

I’ve stayed here numerous times. Managment and staff are always friendly and professional, always there to assist with any questions or concerns. Also rooms are always clean, comfortable, secure and smell great.

Bed could have been more comfortable okay for one night. Also could not pay at the property on the day of arrival as to what was mentioned I could do at Time of booking.
