We had to pile all our dirty used wet towels on the floor under the basin in the bathroom, after a day with hot weather they were smelling & no fresh linen or rubbish bins emptied, if we required towels, toilet paper & so on we had to ask at front reception probably would have been provided fresh linen also but l am not paying money to stay in a motel & then having to change our own sheets on beds. They told us this was due to Covid but you still get charged top dollar for the room. Parking for cars was a problem also, as other cars were taking up 2 spaces leaving no room for others

Management and staff were very friendly and accommodating . No request made by us was refused and quick service was fantastic. There was one night where a few families who were travelling together were extremely noisy well into the early hours. I mentioned this to the manager the following morning. He stated he went to them no less than 3 times. Next night NO noise. He had followed the motels policies and procedures. I have stayed at numerous motels both in Australia and overseas and this establishment I would rate as a 4.5 motel. It will be a 5 star once refurbishment of the property is completed.

Downside was the pool and the restaurant was closed. This is no fault of the motel as a complete refurbishment is to take place. The restaurant is being transformed into a wine bar which I believe will be open for business in the coming weeks. I've had a peak and it is well designed and will be a pleasurable place to unwind and relax.

Booked the spa room which was huge, however the spa does not work and will not work until the motel undergoes renovations. Staff was lovely to ring and let us know in advance, they gave us a discount and complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The breakfast is VERY generous and worth getting it if you'd like a big meal in the morning! Location was very central to main street and supermarkets. etc.

Parking bays are very tight and limited on busy nights. We pulled the curtain to see the view and the window sill was very dirty and full of spider webs. The room was generally clean where you could see.

Excellent communications with staff. Also, the motel is well placed on the highway and within the town. Everything clean.

The motel is showing its age, especially the general look of the bathroom. However, the water worked, it was clean and hot and so I refuse to say anything negative, well done folks!

The location is terrific and central for all areas in Warrnambool. Plenty of on-site parking too, which makes life easier when it’s on the main highway through town. The staff are lovely, really kind and helpful. Special mention to the room service team, who were lovely to chat with as well.

Whilst my room was big (King room with a spa) it really needs an update. It’s dated and lacks natural lighting. Would love to see the pool back in action eventually, it was always great fun as a kid and got plenty of light, but Warrnambool isn’t the most ‘pool friendly’ weather throughout the year, so I get it.

Staff lovely, room very good for the price. Also was nice and quiet and considering I had a young boy with autism staying away for his first time it could not have been much better.

Nothing to be honest, as stated above the room for the price, and lovely staff negates any whinging I’d do anyway.

The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I was pleased that the room included plates and cutlery - important when travelling with the family. The hotel restaurant was excellent - delicious food and generous portions. Clearly popular as it was full on both nights we stayed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The kids were disappointed with the lack of pool facilities. Parking on site was difficult

Motel was easy to get to and although on the main highway was exceptionally quiet. Located a short walk from shopping and eating precincts. Room was very spacious and facilities were great. Bathroom was also large and hot water was nice and hot.

Had a bit of trouble getting used to the pillows.

All aspects of our stay were very good. We liked the location of the room, the lift, the cleanliness and the central location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the nights we had to park outside the motel complex, no big deal.
