The apartment was exceptional, it has everything you’re after for a relaxing long weekend - clean and spacious facility with essential amenities, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable L-shaped couch to read a book or watch movies. Walking distance to Woolworths, short drives to all local restaurants, making cooking your own food or dine out so easy and convenient. Few things my husband and I really liked about the property - bedroom was huge! There’s a walk-in robe to store our cloths and also plenty of circulation space to walk around bed even when we had our luggages lay opened on the floor. The bed was very comfortable, and it’s quiet even when it was raining outside. When you’re on holiday, the worse thing is you can’t sleep as the bed has no support or you can hear the noise from outside/and street. This is not an issue here in this apartment, we were well rested and fully charged in the morning during our stay.

There is no where to hang your changing cloths in the bathroom. Perhaps a small bench or stool outside the shower cubicle instead of a wire stand would be helpful.

The room was very clean with tasteful decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with a hand towel to use, foil and olive oil supplied. The bathroom was a great size with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in containers in the shower and hand basin. We had a front room facing the street but it was very quiet.

The room was on the small side but this is what we booked so not complaining.

Needs a new bin in bathroom, existing is broken. Recycling container too low to ground for tall people to bend down to. Recycling Container should be as high as rubbish bin. CoatHanging space is barely enough for a short stay & inadequate for an extended stay. Would be better to have

Exceeded our expectations! It’s a pity we only stayed for one night. The accommodation was spotless, and they provided everything we could possibly need. The thoughtful little touches really made our stay extra comfortable. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations!

Warmly welcomed by my Host, I was then shown my apartment with extra time spent explaining intricacies of door locking capabilities (Quality European door furniture, of which, fortunately I am accustomed to, But yes, could be complicated if you are not. Excellent security and sound proofing is worth this detail being explained. 10 there alone..!) Lounge was spacious with durable suite to relax-/snooze on ;). Ceiling fan and Splitter Air-conditioning both a bonus should you require either, or preferably one if either type is not to your comfort. Layout of kitchen/dining is well appointed with adequate cutlery, decent sized Cup's/Mug's and glassware for wine or Champagne. Plentiful amount of Complimentary Tea and Coffee if you have not Your's of choice with you before you collect supplies from nearby supermarkets or drive-through bottle shop, all very well stocked to fill the medium sized fridge. Loads of cupboards space also if required. But with such an excellent number of varying styles of Restaurant proprietary in Warrnambool, You most likely would not need to stock the cupboards (what was I thinking!!) Bathroom...Shower,-'Excellent!', simple but effective...ample size, with no trip hazard, being that, shower door seals on non slip floor surface. Extraction fan worked great. Heating lights there for winter, along with main room lighting making adequate brightness, the large high window allowed good natural light in also. Washing machine and dryer conveniently appointed into this room along with ironing board / iron set this as a very ideal apartment should you need to stay longer. Now... THE BED!!, Well, I got lost... Never been lost in my life!, 'sometimes I'm not too sure where I am', But never Lost ;-). I fell asleep on 'the right side', my side, Left side, But awoke on, 'The Right' side, the 'Far- side'. Bed was so comfortable. Large, Yes.

Not being able to stay longer, This Time!

The manager was very friendly and provided us with information on local activities and eating places. Our apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Having laundry appliances was another positive. We would definitely stay again.

We couldn't fault the apartment.

It was a comfortable stay, shame we were there only for a pitstop during a long drive. The little apartment has a separation between the room and the kitchen / living area. All unit are ground floor with direct access to the car park. We were running late from the morning after hot spring session and theyre welcoming for a slightly delayed check out. thank you for that!

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and the location very quiet. The shower was good and the towels large and fluffy. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be back there.

The shower gel and shampoo were in large bottles with push taps on the top of them. They sat in a flimsy shower rack and not usable in that situation. Not a biggy and just a slight pain. There was nothing esle wrong with my room.

The apartment was spacious and the kitchenette very well decked out. The bedroom and bathroom spacious and the bed very comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I highly recommend this accomodation.

The location of this was perfect for what we needed. Can get to almost anywhere in a few minutes. The room was clean and organised. We had no issues with anything that was there. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Only thing we didn't like was the fact the bed was actually two beds rather than a single larger bed so you get a lump in the middle but for a single night's stay it's not too bad.
