Great location on the major Highway and Street in Warrnambool. Walking access to the Warrnambool CBD. Nice, comfortable and relaxing hotel room that was very clean upon arrival with modern facilities.

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier. Reception needs a massive update with facilities. Staff to wear Waves/workplace uniform.

We stayed here previously when it was called the Tudor Motor Inn and as that was our go-to place to stay when visiting my parents, we had high expectations for the hotel. Waves did not disappoint. The beds were comfy, the staff were great to speak with and the hotel was modern and newly renovated. I love the look of the bright coloured doors!

Nice and tidy great location and lovely staff.

I loved the place but my only concern was the grout in between the tiles in shower was dirty would be fabulous if they could be cleaned. Also found lots of black hair around around the bed, I take it that who ever does the cleaning is leaving there hair around. Lamp shade where dusty and mirror behind front door had marks all over it. Loved having snacks and extra drink in the fridge, decorations in the room and on the bed were great.

The location was great, a quite place and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and plenty of parking.

The room on line was not what we got. The family suite was very old, the shower was small and the shower head was so small. The room was not very clean and the room with the bathroom sink and bath, the ceiling was half finished. I think they need to update the room to match the photos on line. I definitely would not have paid the price l did if l knew what it looked like.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was lovely to get into bed at the end of a long day and put the electric blanket on. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the road noise could be a bit annoying at times.

Good location. Close to tourism options & plenty of breakfast & dinner options nearby. Very clean & tidy. Although located on the highway, it wasn't too noisy.

Parking was a little difficult. We had to park offsite when we returned from dinner.

The location and instructions for access to the property worked well for our night's stay to attend a wedding. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything required.

Great 1/2 way stop off, between Melbourne and Adelaide... Middle Island , the home 9f the penguins and Oddball was a hit...

Accommodation over the newyears week is way overpriced.... would have stayed longer if it wasn't so pricey... in comparison we spent $400.00 a night for a suite in Melbourne the day before..

The room was lovely as they are in the process of updating the motel. The bed was very comfortable which is obviously a high priority when travelling. We had everything we needed and dining out was within walking distance.

I would not be able to pick anything I did not like about the motel. Check in was easy and staff lovely.

The facilities were lovely and the staff were lovely. Great location. They were able to accommodate my early arrival. There were wardrobe facilities, and iron and ironing board, all of which were perfect for me. I loved the bathroom, so pretty. Absolutely no issues at all and an easy walk to the Main Street.
