Awesome rooms, and comfy beds. Very clean (well done cleaners), and rooms are well kept. We would stay again.

Staff - Only saw cleaners they weren't the friendliest bunch, even when i asked them a question or greeted them in the morning. They didn't respond on occasions, and didnt seemed least interested in interacting with customers. Maybe it's their age, young (looked mid to late twenties). Parking - I had to park on main street one night as there was no parking spaces. for the price parking should be guaranteed

The room originally set aside for us was upstairs - however I am disabled and cannot do stairs easily. The manager quickly changed us to a downstairs room. Thankyou.

The booking in was a little chaotic... the bell didn't work on the outside of the building to summon the staff member and it was only by chance that they were walking about the property that we found where to go. Once they found us they were very helpful and got us into the property quickly.

Loved how close it was to everything -walked to shops and for food Beds were very comfortable

There weren’t set parks for each room. When we got back to property later at night, our park out the front of room was taken and we had to park far from our room.knowing my car wasn’t just outside our room was worrying.

Our Air Con didn't work so we were freezing the first night there. 2nd night they gave us a Tower Heater. The air con guy came on our last day & said it had to be replaced along with 8 others there I think they knew it wasn't working when we checked in. It was disappointing.

Great location on the major Highway and Street in Warrnambool. Walking access to the Warrnambool CBD. Nice, comfortable and relaxing hotel room that was very clean upon arrival with modern facilities.

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier. Reception needs a massive update with facilities. Staff to wear Waves/workplace uniform.

It's on the corner of the main road, so there's traffic and traffic light noise, particularly when the windows are open, so being ear plugs if that bothers you

We stayed here previously when it was called the Tudor Motor Inn and as that was our go-to place to stay when visiting my parents, we had high expectations for the hotel. Waves did not disappoint. The beds were comfy, the staff were great to speak with and the hotel was modern and newly renovated. I love the look of the bright coloured doors!

Walls are a bit thin and I could easily hear the family next door

It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was lovely to get into bed at the end of a long day and put the electric blanket on. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the road noise could be a bit annoying at times.

The room was spacious and modern with tasteful styling. My grandson was blown away by the huge bed and the spa.

My only criticism would be that the room wasn't dark enough. Light was able to shine through around window coverings.

Location Cleanliness

1. In the book in it is better mention whether the room located in downstairs or upstairs. With the kids it is better to know in advance 2. Room door cannot lock from inside. Kids can easily open it from inside
