Location, spacious

Our apartment needed a bit of general maintenance to bring it up to a high standard. Water leak in the main bedroom had been patched but not really repaired. Dirty towels stuffed in laundry cupboard around the hot water heater (had it been leaking?). A badly torn bath towel was hanging in our bathroom…how could the housekeeper not have seen how damaged the towel was? Despite having a full kitchen, there were no cooking trays that fitted in the oven (our group had 3 apartments and none of us had any kind of tray that would fit in the ovens). Flooring was lifting in a few places and was taped down.

Location was great easy to walk around in Fremantle, fomo close by and little coffee shop. The pool was 1.2m deep prefect for my 5 yr old to swim and was warm. Check was smoothly asked for extra set of keys as they only provided one but that wasn't a hassle. Check to make sure we had cooking stuff in the kitchen was missing a frying pan and they quickly provided one. Definitely will stay there again when adventuring around Fremantle with the family. The rooms and apartment was very spacious the rooms are double size and heaps of cupboard space.

Bed are little harder than I would have liked. apart from that everything was brilliant.

Great location. Most things were in walking distance, IGA, restaurants, markets, and the wharf to Rottnest Island. The apartment was spacious and had everything if you were cooking. People have commented about the parking. Yes, it was very difficult to get in and out, and we had a Ford Ranger, but with everything being so close, we only took the car out once.

The washing machine doesn't work, there was no hand towel in the powder room toilet, no sugar was provided, there were dishes from previous tennant still in the dishwasher, and the dog that lives in the adjoining apartment did bark early in the mornings.

This is a fabulous apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very spacious and great location. we also had a secure parking space. The apartment was much bigger than we expected with a very large balcony. It had three large bedrooms. one large ensuite, a large bathroom along with another separate toilet and washhand basin and also a separate utility room. The Manager gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates on Christmas Day which was a really nice gesture.

There was nothing we did not like about this apartment. I would highly recommend it. Very spacious apartment with all facilities. Location was ideal.

Access was a challenge, with a group of 4 adults having to share a single key/fob. We made it work but would have been handy to have an extra security fob/key to give us better options and flexibility. Also was a little unusual not to have towels supplied for the pool/gym - despite it being a requirement to use towels in the gym. The washing machine in our apartment also had some troubles but we made it work in the end.

The apartment was perfect. I stayed with my parents, we had so much space and the kitchen was great to make our own breakfast before we head into town! Location is ideal and check in was easy! No complaints! Recommend for a stay in Fremantle.

The gym facilities were not great. We wanted to squeeze a workout in the gym as it wasn’t great weather outside but we couldn’t. It needs an upgrade or maybe remove from facilities provided as we were disappointed. That’s the only negative.

The apartment is really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. There is parking facility which is very useful, so we don't have to stress about finding street parking. The location is very convenient that we can just walk everywhere in Fremantle. It takes us about 20 mins to walk to the Ferry Terminal to Rottnest, the Fremantle market and prison are within a few mins walk. There is a clean midweek of our stay, which is good. I actually thought that there isn't any mid week clean at all, so it feels like a bonus to have the apartment cleaned. The site manager is really friendly and helpful.

We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children, so we have two cars. We have to pay for one additional car parking. The parking is tandem. So it is a little troublesome sometimes, but not a big issue. The 3rd room doesn't have a window, so it is a little stuffy. It is air-conditioned though.

1. The location is excellent, as it is fairly close to a supermarket where we can simply purchase for food for our evening meal. We are also within walking distance to The Chemist, where we can quickly shop for vitamins and supplements. 2. Parking a car in the basement requires the use of a car lift, which was an enjoyable experience for us. Parking instructions are provided in both written form and on the car park wall. 3. Wifi is very weak, as reported upon check-in on the first day of stay. The owner is really efficient, directly came up to the unit and resolved the wifi issue on the first day.

Cleanliness - The entire apartment is clean except for the shared toilet near to the main door, which had used tissue/toilet paper (hardened) on the toilet bowl cover when we checked in on the first day.

The location is excellent and the reason we have stayed here previously. The apartment has everything you need as a home away from home and is a good base for travelling in the Freo/Southern Perth area. Travellers need to be aware that guest parking is via a car lift so entry and exit can be time-consuming (especially during peak hours) and there is no lift to the lower basement.

My family (2 adults-2 Children) stayed at the apartments in the 3 bedroom unit. The apartment was immaculate, and had everything you need for a short or long stay. In the heart of Fremantle, walking distance from FOMO for the kids, and cappuccino strip for the adults. The price was also a big tick. Lovely to meet Richard the caretaker/ owner, a real humble nice guy.
