Although I booked a 2 bedroom apartment at the Dolphin Quay Apartments, I didn't actually stayed at Dolphin Quay Apartments. I was informed that my accommodation was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment at Bridgepoint apartment. Bridgepoint apartment was truly amazing with a panoramic view of Mandurah Eastern Foreshore and the nearby canal homes. Sunrise to sunset, you can see dolphins swimming in the lagoon and birds of all varieties. The apartment was tastefully furnished and the team from Mandurah Luxury Accommodation was most helpful from pre check-in to check-out. Many thanks to Bella, James, Irene and Isabelle for making our stay at Mandurah a most memorable one! I highly recommend anyone to book at stay at Dolphin Quay Apartments or Bridgepoint 1105 as you will be well taken care of by the great team at Mandurah Luxury Accommodation!

The location and view are both 10/10, we stayed in an apartment over looking the harbour, and right above bars an rest restaurants, very close to all amenities

There is no good TV system, they have a DVD player. they should have a smart box tv or something. no one travels with DVD's. There were only two wine glasses per room. The huge aircon unit is very low on the balcony, therefore was blowing the hot air from the unit onto guests sitting at the table on the balcony, whilst sitting there, this needs to be higher upon the wall. The lift system is very slow. one small lift for the whole complex. I feel it was overpriced.

The location was fantastic - overlooking the Marina. We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment, which was very comfortable and well equipped - even a second fridge freezer on the balcony! Garage parking was also available. The food options below the complex were varied, with Thai and Indian as well as a sports bar and the Oyster Bar offered happy hour and great food. It was about a 8-10 minute walk to the Visitor Information office.

The single lift for the whole complex was very small and had no air conditioning, which was rather uncomfortable.

Friend was a smoker, I understand in these times that people are funny about this however when there is a balcony you should be able to go out and have a cigarette. The lift is so slow it takes 10 mins to get down 2 flights and you have to walk away from property- never stayed anywhere like this before- they could have one side or an area like airport maybe ? Also I had to plug my phone charger into bathroom due to the bed head being too low to allow it to plug in - just little things but could improve.

We loved our stay at Dolphin Apartments, it had everything we needed. The bbq on the balcony was a necessity as there was no decent grill to cook meat. Was a great location close to the surrounding Mandurah town, 10 minutes walk to the Marina quay where it's more touristy. When you visit this location, remember to visit Mandurah Central beach, we only found this on the last day of our visit. Was so lovely to see the frequent dolphin visitors swim around the quay area.

The bathroom was slightly dated and could do with a refresh, but this was minor as we enjoyed our 3 night stay. Was slightly more expensive due to location. The balcony furniture needs updating, was rather tired.

Loved everything about our stay. Wonderful room, loved the view of the canal. Kitchen was well equiped and helped us save a few dollars by cooking some of our own meals. The underground secure parking was also excellent, gave us much peace of mind. I could not have been happier. Thank you to the team.

Nothing to dislike. Only minor negative was how slippy the tiles are after a shower, As a room for a person with disabilties, I would have expected a better choice of tiling.

I could not fault anything except maybe a fan or aircon in the bedroom The view of the marina was good. The restaurants downstairs had great food we tried them all The best thing for me was seeing the dolphins swimming in the channels.

Noisy neighbors slamming doors. But that’s what you get everywhere, people just don’t have consideration for other tenants

Dolphin Quay Apartments are so well located - close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do and see within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped to self cater if that is what you choose.

My bed was very firm and there was no remote for the bedroom tv, which was an inconvenience rather than a real problem

Location was good for us and very comfortable beds. The facilities were good for the size of the apartments

The apartments look a little tired now we stayed here previously few years ago and the decor needs attention furnishings etc

Breakfast not included. We found apartment very nice.

Would have preferred an oven to microwave however managed with bbq. Supply of tea inadequate for four people. Especially as staying overnight. Found inadequate signage re lift position in parking area. People in lift told us they had walked past lift three times before finding it. Our friends never did find it and ended up walking all the way out and around outside to front entrance. As he is 88 vision impaired, and difficulty with walking he was shattered by the time they got to room 40. We mentioned this when booking.
