Pinjarra Resort is actually more a motel than resort. Everything was very clean, sheets, towels etc., bed comfortable and it appeared there had recently been an upgrade of bathroom, kitchen sink, microwave etc. Basics were supplied but if you like hand towels, coffee, shampoo etc., best to take some extra items as hand towels not supplied only big bath towels and packets of coffee not replenished. The resort/motel was value for money, staff were pleasant and helpful and the small meal we had in the restaurant was very good and tasty

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Would stay there again and take some extra supplies. The resort/motel was home to a number of trades people who worked in and around Pinjarra. It was a base for various trades

Everything was clean and neat. We asked for a quiet room and they delivered. The workers were very courteous and obliging. Close to the town center and even though on the main road into Pinjarra, we could hardly hear the traffic going by.

Some maintenance issues were in our room which we reported so they could respond. The kitchen sink mixing tap was wobbly, a blown globe on the bed head on one side and the arm on one of the chairs needed tightening as one bolt was completely out. These are minor issues and they can't do anything about it if they are not told. Thanks guys.

We enjoyed the spacious bedroom and spacious bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the spa bath. We had a delicious and very affordable meal in the onsite Indian restaurant. The location is just 1km from the shopping centre. The staff were particularly helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

We would have liked a dimmer switch in the bathroom, and a consistent flow of hot water in the shower. The resort advertises that it has a laundry, but since the resort is near a main road and a railway line, the machines were covered in dust which made us reluctant to use them.

Sandi, the young lady who greeted us at reception was great. She offered to arrange for a taxi etc if we required it (no bus on Sunday / Monday as public holiday) and although they were fully booked for another night’s accommodation that we needed, she offered to ring around. Sandi is a credit to the motel and we would have no hesitation in staying again.

The room was clean and “fit for purpose” - I have no criticisms.

Big spacious room with everything you'd expect in a good motel, even a kitchen sink. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large. Lots of power points for appliances too. The on site restaurant was a bonus with good Indian food.

They charge a hundred dollar deposit that is returned after you check out. Not a fan of this practice and didn't know about it when I booked. Other than that there was nothing bad about the place.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and everything worked well. Large screen TV with YouTube and Netflix. Bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The towels were fluffy and large - like new.

The AC blew directly onto our faces in bed. Whilst the rooms were non-smoking, sadly there were a number of other guests who sat outside their rooms smoking and this came into our room (so we couldn't have window open). This isn't directly the fault of the management, but perhaps they could have one side of the property for smokers??

Clean, comfortable, kitchenette handy, close parking. Reception staff friendly and efficient.

Front gardens, lawns and facades poorly kept and reflects poorly on overall appearance of the accommodation. Needs to be green and inviting.

It was a very handy location to Mandurah and the overnight price was reasonable considering it was a last minute booking. The young girl who checked us in was very helpful and even assisted me in printing out some documents that I emailed to her which I needed for my swimming event in Dawesville. We ate dinner at the local hotel that was very close by which had a very friendly and amiable atmosphere about it.

I was only there for one night. I was upgraded to a room with a spa due to a mix up with the keys. The owner was very accommodating. The room was clean and welcoming. It was well situated and not far from the town center.

I would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable as it was too hard. Apart from that the room met all my needs.

Quiet motel considering its on a main road. All facilities were available and clean. Staff were helpful. Rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I've stayed in places that were a lot worse and paid a lot more. I'd stay here again
