Mandurah Quay Resort

Very friendly staff. Naomi in reception made me feel that I'd known her for years. Staff were always there in the background working even on days with temps >40 degrees. Having a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer were a massive bonus. Villas were very clean & well set up. Wonderful being able to bring our 2 dogs. We were enjoying ourselves so much we stayed for 2 extra nights. The pool & the poolside spa was very clean & well looked after. Having a spa bath in our villa got a lot of use. We will definitely be back. A huge thank you.

We couldn't find anything negative about Mandurah Quay Resort.

Great place for perhaps younger families. Terrific pool, gym, barbecues etc. Comfy beds and great aircon and huge main ensuite with double basins and spa bath. The location for all water activities is terrific and close proximity to restaurants, brewery etc. Villas are looking very tired but again would suit younger families. We really enjoyed our stay for the purpose of our family catch up but as a couple wanting a break and something a bit special this isn't the place for us. Staff were terrific and special thanks to Naomi who was attentive to our 16 yr old grand daughter who was unwell.

Most rooms are around the pool area so constant noise and banging of spring loaded pool gate but again we appreciate that it's a great place for kids and parents. Villas are looking very tired and out of date - flooring, carpets etc. One thing that we all commented on and had a giggle about was the loo paper! The thinnest single ply any of us have ever used. Seriously we reckon we used at least 3-4 times more than one would expect which can't possibly be cost effective???

The staff were all very friendly, the pool/gardener guy keeps the pool area lovely and clean... quite a job with dry leaves! The pool area is possibly one of the best I've been to in a while so we really enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and spa. The Villa was very clean, nice fresh white linen and towels plus you can hire a pool towel for $5 which was handy as I'd forgotten to pack mine! We took advantage of the brewery over the road and had lunch and dinner there during our stay. It was the perfect little getaway

Wish we had booked extra nights to enjoy more pool time! My only thing would be to be provided better quality tea and coffee and better quality loo roll. But honestly it's not a huge deal...I usually take my own tea and coffee!

The Staff were very welcoming. The Location was lovely, the villa was clean. The Pool, Spa and outdoor areas were beautiful. Perfect for a weekend away with friends but would say its highly recommended for families.

Beautiful location and great stay, so cant fault the place and I will definitely go back. Just wouldn't recommend if you want a relaxing quiet place for the weekend to rest as the pool/spa area is in the middle of the villas/apartments, so you have noise outside the whole time from other guests using the pool and spa. The carpets and mirrors in bathroom however do need an upgrade.

spacious 2 bedroom villa. Lots of kitchen space and crockery. Balcony over pool was great. Birds everywhere were beautiful. Saw 28's, crows, osprey. Great walking path alongside estuary with osprey nest. Brewery restaurant across the road on estuary was perfect for breakfast.

wall has peeling paint near skirting board in second bedroom. Needs some TLC. TV or internet needs updating as Netflix pixils were low and couldn't enjoy movie as much. Remember to tell property if you need a room on ground floor as some villas are up the stairs which would be challenging for some people carrying their suitcase.

3-bedroom townhouse was spacious for our family. Pool area was fantastic for our kids. The shallow area, deep area, and spa were just perfect for our family. Quiet and friendly. Parking was ample and close to rooms.

We didn't try use them, but our friends said the BBQ didn't work very well. Not much Food and drinks not available within the resort. When leaving had to lock the sliding door and then had to go out the front door. (Unit 13, front door facing the back of the property)

The convenience of the brewing pub Meals 11 out of 10, service 11 out 10 , & walking home a luxury!! Have recommended it to locals who were unaware it exists. (Hiding under their shell!!) The management sending clear instructions for after hours key...however nothing on the sheet on where to leave the key if before 9am. Lucky my brother was staying with his family in another unit...he handed it in!

Possibly the cleaning agent used -bleach of some form way too much...or the unit needed airing. Asthmatic found it a little difficult. Pool & kids...noise happens but I think one morning was fairly early- woke me up with their screams of laughter.

A fabulous place for a family holiday. A very spacious apartment that was well equipped. Nice to have a good washing machine and dryer too and 2 x toilets/ bathrooms. Very clean. The pool is huge and has a toddlers section as well as a spa. its next to the small gym that we didn't use but there is also a large grassed area for exercise with a volleyball net. BBQ area seems great but unfortunately we only stayed 1 night so didn't use it. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Its location is out of town but in a really nice waterside suburb and opposite Boundary Island Brewery / Restaurant that is huge and has a large old wooden boat for kids to play in. We will be back.

Maybe a room safe and for a bit of luxury a coffee pod machine? But all good

Though this isn't a fairly new property, it is well maintained. Really clean and well equipped. Nice cosy little setup. We felt really welcomed upon check in. There's a food outlet just opposite the hotel which opens till late. Will definitely stay here again if we go there again!

1. Shower water pressure was abit poor. 2. We added a rollaway bed. Mattress was extremely thin such that we could feel the bed frame poking into the back. We ended up not being able to sleep on it.

The facilities were great and the staff were so helpful. We had a go at scooping for crabs. The villas were set on two floors, with a balcony off of one of the bedrooms and outside seating downstairs too. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. It was also close to a wonderful restaurant, a nature walk, and larger shops are just a short drive away.

There was nothing to dislike.
