Extremely clean. No dust. Nice decor. Not full with unnecessary junk. Nice view. Comfy bed. Helping friendly staff. Just good old plain & simple. Yet everything we needed was there. Housekeeping was on ball. Close to shops beaches visitor information.

I did not like the way I could not put the air con on in bedroom if the front door was not shut. The inability to operate separate air con depending on the room I was in. I did not feel as if I was informed as to money being taken from my c card already on the very morning I was arriving.

Everything was fantastic. Great location just a couple of blocks to the beach. Easy access, secure off street parking, as clean as if it was brand new (could not get any cleaner, VERY impressed!) Fantastic friendly, helpful and professional staff.A large luggage trolley in excellent condition is available in the lobby, and that made checking in and out a real breeze.

The ONLY thing that could have been better would have been to be able to stay longer! We will be back!

I had booked the room for my autistic son to enjoy a night away with his carer for his birthday, he said he loved it so much he wanted to stay for longer and the staff were lovely toward him. It is quite difficult for him to enjoy a strange new place so for him to be so happy your room must have been fantastic. I would recommend the Quest Rockingham to anyone looking for a great place to stay., so thank you very much.

The only issue is that it is pricey, as we booked it for a Sunday thinking it might be a bit cheaper, it would be great in the future if there was some type of discount for carers so that it can be more affordable for those that have disabilities, then they will have more opportunities to enjoy different experiences.

We stayed in Rockingham for one night, as it was the closest place to Penguin Island we could find. A lot of people, including the hotel receptionist seemed surprised that two people from the UK were visiting Rockingham, which suggests that not a lot of people go with this option! The hotel was a comfortable place to stay, the reception staff were very helpful and it’s round the corner from several restaurants. It’s also a very quick Uber ride to Shoalwater and the penguins!

Quest Rockingham Apartments ideal accommodation for perfect all round holiday ...Warm Friendly Welcome, Daily Meet & Greet much appreciated:):) Self-contained room with cooking facilities was found clean & fully functional. The facilities also included: Gym, Laundry, Pool & BBQ ...these areas were most appreciated:):) Rockingham Location ideal.....within walking distance of Rockingham foreshore/beaches & jetty areas. High quality Cafe's Restuarants, Shopping Centres, Yoga etc were also within close proximity:):)

Great location, close to heart of Rockingham Foreshore area. 2 minutes to the beach, restaurants etc. Very clean, soft close doors so no slamming doors, more soundproof than a number of other Quest Apartments we have stayed in. Apartments were fully booked but barely heard a thing. Friendly staff.

Slow elevator and they didn’t inform us of the 2nd elevator at the opposite end of the building. Obviously we found it later into our stay. Tiny, badly lighted pool that is inside but hey….you don’t get sunburned this time of year, so that’s a bonus really. Also the beautiful beach is 2 minutes walk away. Studio Apartments are small and have no balconies and no views ….especially lower level ones. No room for comfortable chairs. Possibly the worst mattress we’ve tried to sleep on in some years. No support so had to stick pillows under it to firm it up a bit. If our stay had been longer…..not sure we could have or would have stayed. Sleep is kind of important.

Reception staff at check in were lovely and secure gated parking out back was only $5. Room was nice and clean. We were in town for speedway and the location was convenient. Only 5-10 minute drive.

The room was a little small but we were only staying one night so not really an issue but if I was staying longer I think I would like a bit more room. Also the screeching cockatoo's in the morning were so loud and for some reason were attracted to our window. They kept flying up to it and banging on the window.

The location is so close and walking distance to the foreshore/beach and places to eat and drink. There is also secure parking inside the hotel and access to the rooms via the lift is with your access card, so no unwanted visitor can access the floors. The room was spacious with super comfy bed, decent shower and a small kitchenette for cooking and boiling water with a separate sink.

Nothing to dislike!

Great location. Friendly staff . Clean. We made use of the pool. Everything that we needed was there for us in our room. We appreciate the service to our room. Pool Ocean...only 45 minutes from home.

We missed there being a Cafe or like at the hotel or close by...but the Rockingham foreshore was in 'walking distance'...if we're were a bit fitter haha.

the male receptionist was extremely helpful on the phone and when we checked in. Had a very happy attitude. we enjoy a bed on the harder side so it was extremely comfortable

the only thing was the fridge wasnt cold enough when we got there so took awhile to make our drinks cold but we just turned the temp down alittle more and it was fine :)
