We had our evening meal in the restaurant and overall it was very nice. There was a problem with the menu and the main course, which was the same for both of us, the menu description of the prawn stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon did not have any prawns in it. We brought this up with the staff who were very apologetic and adjusted our bill to suit the meal. We have stayed here previously and always have a meal in the restaurant because the menu and presentation is excellent so I hope this was a one-off mistake.

The room rate has increased quite a lot since we were last there, but nothing has changed, may have to compare with other providers who used to be more expensive but are now charging similar rates for a much more modern facility.

all in all the location would have to key focus in regards to the property, perfect….

there’s not a lot to not like about the property, plenty of parking space no tight car parks and it’s quite spread out so the staff can space Tennents out for extra privacy..

The Cafe/bar staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Well done ladies. Our room was large. We had a king bed. It was nice to have a window we could open for fresh air. We could even open the door overlooking the park. The bathroom was a good size. The shower was spacious.

There was not enough furniture in the room. A small table and chairs and a sofa/couch would have been handy. Both sides of the bed need a side table. The room needs to be updated and some repairs are needed. There were no information about the area and things to do in the room.

The gap between adjoining rooms let’s toast fumes under the door and set our smoke alarm off at 6.30 am. We laid a towel along gap so we didn’t get woken up next morning On one night unfortunately we also had the room next to us be very loud from 12.30 am until 5.30 am room 34

everything,the position to the beach,shops,pubs,restaurants ,supermarket.it was in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of city life.i felt like i was in QLD.loved it.

one of the towels hd not been washed and was quite yuky.but the lady got me a new one immediatly.

The staff were friendly on arrival and also when we went in for dinner. The room was spotless and well appointed. The showers were hot and the bed was so comfortable. The meals were excellent and the service was great. This a really nice place to stay.

There honestly was not anything I could complain about, really impressed.

Great being so close to the foreshore so we could walk to the main cafes and beach front. Beds are quite springy so could feel hubby moving around alot of the night! Swimming pool was empty and looked to have been so for a long time. Pity about being the main road but the garden view room still had quite nice greenery out the sliding door. There was a concert on at the park across the road which was nice to listen to.

We stayed in hotel clipper for 2 nights. Easy access to our room and has its own parking in front. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable to stay in, complete with amenities as described.The room is cleaned and towels replaced daily. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to rockingham beach, restaurants and the visitor center.

Had a steak for dinner in the cafe. Steak appeared to be pre-cooked and warmed up. Came out just a bit hotter than cold even though I was the only one eating there at the time.

Very clean room. Spacious Bathroom. Cold A/C. Close to shops and restaurants. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff was phenomenal.

Mattress was hard. Took time to sleep. Menu was limited. Could've had more added.
