City Quarters on Brewer

The room was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge in the room but coffee making facilities are communal out in the hall. There is a kitchen for guests to use but not a single pot, pan, plate, glass or piece of cutlery that I could find so be prepared to bring your own or eat out every meal.

Checked the communal fridge and found seriously lumpy milk over a month past used by date and dried up crusty tub of sour cream. Its up to residents to throw stuff out when they leave but surely the cleaners can check once a week and toss anything expired.

Location is awsom Close to eatery and shops are 6min walking distance Clean comfortable modern facilities

Asked for toilet paper because it ran out....rang up 3 times, told someone would be out to top up, but no one came so ended up buying my own, ridiculous having 1 roll of toilet paper in shared toilet Over 2 weeks and still haven't recieved my deposit refunded to me, have messaged City Quarters with no reply? Initially they said deposit gets refunded after 5-10 business days...but 14 days and nothing

Excellent customer service when I made my booking, which was quite late but I was treated extremely politely and my booking went through very quickly and smoothly. The location was easy to find and I was very impressed with the layout of my room! Extremely well set up and very comfortable!

I was a little worried about waking anyone during the night while making a cup of tea in the walkway but tried to be as quiet as I could be.

Comfy bed, quiet area. All I needed

Shower head was fixed too low, so I had to stoop to wash my hair. Other guests were a bit too noisy for my liking (I could hear their "nocturnal activities". One who engaged me in conversation looked like he was on meth. Not the hotel's fault, but it wasn't pleasant. Rooms could also use some maintenance, cracks are showing in the walls and the window panes.

The air conditioning was not cold. The room was hot and stuffy, which made it hard to sleep. There was a fan but I think that was old as there was no switch that I could find.

The room / bathroom was fit for purpose and cannot be faulted for the price. The coffee making facilities were great - Thank you

Air Con was unfortunately not working/effective. I couldn’t fault anything else to be honest.

Good environment

Car park reserve not enough.You have to move around till you find an empty space and sometimes not at all because there are many apartments which tenants also want to park .

Friendly and very educated. Michael Angelo is a human resource the business should never operate without. Rarely i have seen a hard worker and a suche polite guy like him!

Maybe little bit expensive

Most comfiest bed ever Good Tv Beautiful setting re towels and pillows So clean Able to use kitchenette so easily and friendly. Rate to all and anyone.
