The location was great. Reception staff friendly & helpful.

The fridge was set to freeze, and we woke to our food frozen, unable to eat. A lesson to check fridge settings wherever we stay from now on, though.

Excellent location for central Perth and RAC arena. Staff friendly and accomodating. Stayed in studio room had everything you need. Fridge nice and cold on arrival. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner great quality! Parked in CPP car park approx 3 min walk, it was on a Friday and cost $20 for overnight.

Bathrooms a little dated, tiles could do with a deep clean. Toilet paper pretty poor, does not match the high standard of toiletries provided.

Nice location, clean room, cooking facilities meant we didn’t have to spend a lot to eat out every night. Hotel was clean throughout, friendly staff.

We paid for the “no servicing” option to save on money, so were comfortable knowing we would be making our own bed, looking after the towels, doing dishes etc. However because we stayed for 7 nights, we quickly ran out of tea/coffee, toilet paper and the bins filled up. It would have been nice if housekeeping was able to come in every couple of days and just spend 30 seconds topping those up for us. Instead we had to keep asking reception for more supplies. Also the TV was very small and on Foxtel channels the aspect ratio was out and couldn’t be fixed.

On our brief visit to Perth in December 2023, we spent two nights at Oaks Perth. The apartment was both clean and roomy, featuring a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Basic cutlery sets were available in the kitchen, which also had facilities for making coffee. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. The hotel's central location made it convenient, with Perth Underground just a two-minute walk away and Perth Train Station just five minutes away. Everything in the city was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The check out time could have been 12:00 instead of 10:00 am.

We had breakfast at the hotel on one morning of our stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent value for money. The hotel's strongest point is excellent location, close to all transport hubs, an easy walk down to the river and within the heart of CBD. The room was clean and comfortable with all amenities one would expect at this price point.

Access to the hotel. If you have a heavy suitcase the choice is to lug it up a flight of steps or attempt to use a rather primitive luggage hoist. For a period of 24 hours or so, only one of the 3 lifts inside the hotel was operating

The room was very clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is in a great spot for those wanting to explore the city, with public transport and shops very close by. Would definitely book here again.

The room that we had was on the first floor, and the building is quite close to the main road so it could get a bit noisy with traffic going through, but was easy to ignore. Since the building is on a main road, there is limited street parking and places for ubers or taxis to stop.

I paid in advance for breakfast. I had to check out on the last day before breakfast was ready. I was offered and given a take-away breakfast. However, the quantity and quality of this small package was far less than the $20 AUD which I paid. Furthermore, when I checked in, I requested to cancel the pre-paid breakfast on the last day but the reception clerk informed me that it was impossible because the booking had been made through Booking.com. If this is so, I figure that Booking.com owes me about $15 AUD !!

Staff were friendly and responsive, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk to Perth Underground, shopping malls and restaurants. We travelled to Perth for the Matilda’s game and were so happy with how easy it was to get from our hotel to the ground. Staff assisted us in ensuring we headed in the right direction

The noise at night from the air conditioner in the room made it difficult to fall asleep. I don’t normally notice the noise of air conditioners during my stays so this was unusual.

The location was perfect for our needs, close to public transport and all the amenities we required. Our request for an early check in was honored, which was much appreciated after arriving from a very early flight. The room was beautifully appointed and the air con worked amazing, it was 43 degrees outside. The staff were all lovely and friendly. Only stayed one night, however the Oaks Perth will be our new 'go to' hotel every time we visit Perth in the future.

That we had to leave the next day to go home.

Location could not be better right in the heart of the city. The bed was really comfortable and its nice to have the tea and coffee available as well as the crockery and cutlery if you want to do your own cooking.

The bath shower is a little old fashioned and would not be easy for someone with restricted mobility to access. Having to park in a nearby car park at exorbitant rates.
