Loctation was very good, friendly cafe / bar staff which helped me out while waiting for checkin. Overall very nice and good. Enjoyed my stay but for the rainly weather. Room very clean and happy

Only two points, my room the ceiling of the bath room had a wharped panel and was discoloured, bath tube had a crack / hole. Tho the ceiling was more the concern. Staff was generally friendly but a few were dismisstive at reception so attention to customer could be better. also on my departure, i tried to call a cab to the airport via the hotel, and twice the cab didnt come so i had to order an uber, waited 40 minutes, luck all flights were delayed due to a airport fire so i was not late. while talking to the uber driver he informed me at this time of day [10am until 2pm] all the taxis are at the airport stands, and few in the city. Maybe this is information receptions should know about and can inform guests.

The room was big with 2 queen size comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious and long with shower, separate toilet and separate dressing/makeup area. Very comfortable. The location is very good with short distance to the two malls - Murray and Hay Street and also to the supermarket and eating joints as well as to the train station. Very central. The Reception and Housekeeping staff were very polite.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Need to use 2 pillows for comfort. There's no wardrobe to hang some clothes. However the shelves are broad to keep our folded clothes.

Pool, extensive menu and great location. Comfy beds.

Pool / Games room could be updated. Air-conditioning was not working in the rooms. Rooms were very dated. Curtains were torn.

Spacious and clean room at a great location. Friendly staff at reception. Possibility to use the change room and shower by the pool before heading to the airport in the evening (towel also provided by reception)

„Fire alarm arrangement“ (having to make sure that steam from hot shower does not accidentially set of fire alarm and risk of being fined over AUD 1.300 in case it does happen) was a bit scary Wood of cupboard, where more than one former guest obviously spilled water, was swollen, curtains were torn a bit in place where the „closing handle“ was, aircon was a bit noisy – but just pointing it out, it did not substantially spoil my stay.

We were not asked for a large amount of bond money as previously mentioned in the below comments which does make a difference on the experience. Staff was really accomodating and even allowed us to check in early which was a nice treat. You are only a moments walk away from the CBD which was nice.

The hotel is a bit dated and has an old feel to it but it is what you would expect for the money you pay. New Render / Plastering and Painting would make it such a difference to give it a fresh feel. No complaints for what you pay for.

it needs a up date the rooms and carpet look dated needs a microwave the bathroom door should be a sliding door and the shower door hits the toilet that also should be a sliding door and can make the shower bigger

Location was great, in the CBD - easy to get to by car, train or bus. We walked everywhere, as the location was in the middle of Perth, close to all amenities. We were on the ground floor, the Building had 9 floors and 2 Lifts. Close to plenty of Restaurants, McDonalds, KFC, 7 Eleven, Myers, David Jones, Clothing Shops, other Hotels. Plenty of sight-seeing to do, visiting Museums, Parliament House, The Swan River, Ferries to commute on the Swan River, Kings'Park has 2 Cafes, 17ks of walking track to do (for the healthy walkers). The train station and Bus Station are 2 Blocks away. There's a red double-decker bus that travels around the city, for tourists to Hop On and Off, at intervals between 24-48 hours. Details about our bedroom was comfortable, had 2 lounge chairs, an individual shower (one has to hop in the bathtub) need balance. A Bar Refrigerator, a cupboard where cups and saucers are found, with tea bags, coffee, sugar satches are kept. Large mirror, with a bath sink opposite a built-in cupboard. A telephone sits on a Coffee table. 2 bedside tables.

Not every day did the Cleaning Staff, made our bed, removed used our glassware. There was NO teaspoons in, or enough utensils to use in the room. We had been travelling all over Western Australia, had spent time in rooms that we ate cereal, and there were not plates, or dishes to have cereal in. Be aware, the Hotel has a Menu and Drinks List - if you wish to ring for a meal or drinks to be brought to your room e.g. breakfast, prior to leaving the Hotel by 10am.

Was pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative comments. Rooms was great. Large and comfy. Obviously it's seen better days, but it was perfectly fine for a three-night stay for the footy. Only gripe was the shower water was very difficult to get the right temperature and at 2pm it ran out of hot water. The bar/restaurant downstairs is good. Location is amazing. Just steps away from the Red Cat bus. (do not under any cuircumstances go to the pub across the road. Absolutely feral abnd unsafe) Lots of deros walking around, but didn't get bothered by them. Would stay here again.

Shower water was impossible to get to a comfortable temperature. Lot's of drunks/drugged up bums around, but that's not the hotel's fault. Room card didn't work on the last day. Had to get it changed a couple of times.

I stayed for one night but as I arrived from overseas I could not have checked in until 3pm so I booked 2 nights to secure the room. (the Monday and Tuesday) with an actual check-in on Tuesday @ 5am I was happy to do that. The annoying part was the $300 pre-authorisation which was more than I paid for the 2 nights. Further more when I checked out I was told that it could be up to 5-7 days to have that $300 returned to my account. At time of writing the $300 has still not been returned to my account. 2 days so far Is it the bank or the hotel that's delaying the return?.

I attempted to have breakfast there but service was so appalling that I got up and left. I sat myself down at a table, eventually a young flustered looking gril drops a menu on my table, no greeting. I waited about 10/15 minutes for her to come back and take my order, looking over at her but she was just ignoring me and seemed to be more focused on clearing tables. Infact a lady walked in and ordered coffee at the counter and got served immediately, at that point I just got up and left in disgust. Wait staff is obviously overworked and very likely under paid to give this service. Many other places to choose from just around the corner.
