One of the few hotels that have a balcony, rooms are comfortable enough for Perth CBD. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but no noise issues the time we stayed. Good quality tea and coffee, comfortable bed. Room was bit tired but I guess they will undergo a reno soon. Convenient location, a block from main area. A solid 8/10 due to bed comfort.

Limited parking, we parked on the street as we knew we'd have an early start and parking didn't stay until 8am. Wasn't broken into, so that was a blessing,

Location was perfect for my stay. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy, the view from balcony was amazing. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out were smooth. Really enjoyed my 6 days here!

Spillage on the carpet after came back from work, as the room was cleaned-up every day, it could be from housekeeping work. Not a major issue at all. The heating function did not really work at times and you cannot turn it off if it gets cold.

The hotel was a great location and our room was very quiet. It was clean and comfortable with good in room facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking!! Not enough undercover secure sites available. We had to park down the road. Street and car park spots were scarce as well and we had to circle several times before eventually getting one. Also had to drag our bags there when we checked out. Whilst we don’t think we should be treated differently, as seniors it was a strain we didn’t need.

The room was large, airy and bright with an enormous, comfortable bed. The road outside could be noisy at times but that was to be expected given the hotel's position. I didn't have breakfast as it seemed excessively expensive. T

The furnitue was very basic and of very poor quality: a strip of plasticcy stuff had come off the side of a unit exposing rough poor quality, chipboard underneath. I was unable to make a phone call from the hotel as they didn't have outside lines for guests. This did cause quite a problem for me. The only way of accessing room service was via a code on the wall which had to be scanned by your phone. I didn't have a phone that would do that. On Saturday l returned to the hotel to have lunch but the cafe was closed. Why would a cafe be closed at peak time? The girl servicing my room was surly and ineffective and failed to replace the bathmat she removed, but I could live without that but it meant using one of your towels instead.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.

Check in process was atrocious. We arrived right on check in time only to be told that our room wasn't ready yet. I also requested a balcony room which we did not get. Parking is also a problem as even though it was only just check in time, all available on-site parking was taken already. We had to park our vehicle up the road in an unsecured car park overnight. I also had to move my vehicle whilst trying to check in so that staff could move THEIR vehicle, which resulted in me losing my place in line for check in and then having to re-line up and start the process over again..

It was a very last minute booking for us as we didn’t expect to be staying Perth overnight. It was such a lovely hotel for a great price. The staff were absolutely wonderful even though we were a very late booking and arrival. My partner loved the firm beds. We both had a good sleep. My partner was asleep in minutes. We also had the breakfast buffet and it was lovely. Lovely little restaurant that was well planned out. The omelette was lovely.

Our standard triple single room was spacious enough for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and a decent length. Water was very hot. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay again. This was our first stay at Mecure on Hay

The bath had a hair in it and around the plug, so wasn't as clean as expected, The shower gel dispenser wasnt working properly. i am still very happy with our stay.

The first room we were offered had a broken fridge and a large consequent wet patch on the carpet. We were initially told by one staff member that there were no more rooms available apart from one with 3 single beds?? Just as we were about to leave and move to another hotel, another staff member came to the room and said she had found us a room and apologised for the hassle. She was really nice and the room was lovely, many thanks for stepping up as we were pressed for time on this occasion.

Was simple to check in and out, staff were helpfull and friendly. Room was presentable. Bed and pillows are comfy. Room was upgraded which was a bonus however the upgraded room is what I had imagined I had originally booked ( no expectations) I'm not sure how much of an upgrade it could have been? But for the room I had and the price I paid, I was happy with that.

Don't look at the finer details and you'll be ok. It is an ex travel lodge and it very much still feels like a travel lodge. The shower head is way too large for that kind of pressure and you spend most of your time trying to adjust the temperature.

The bed was super comfy !! Our room was actually bigger than I expected we had a standard king . Walking into the reception it smelt amazing !! Staff were very accommodating and friendly . There is Basement parking onsite at $20 a day and you can come and go whenever you like. Everytime we left and came back someone always welcomed us which was soo cool .. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Aircon needs upgrading. More Milk in the fridge would be appreciated. No Bin liner in Bathroom Bin.
