Metro Hotel Perth City

Staff team is super friendly and kind. Specially the restaurant staff. They are amazing. Food restaurant is a great one, beautiful breakfast and good coffee. Room is comfortable, bed is ok, pillows ok. Not luxury but for the price is fine. I had nice sleeps . Just one night a room neighbour TV was with a loud volume, l tried to call the reception but phone wasn't working.

Mattress quality could be a bit better. Was a bit soft to my back but not too bad. I could sleep well. Bathroom tap was a bit loose and l was afraid to break it.

Nice, comfortable city hotel, within walking distance of the centre (also accessible with a free bus). Free private parking underneath the hotel was great, although spaces are limited - we were lucky to get the last one. Staff were great, especially Renette on reception who gave us a great welcome and was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The room as great as well as the location, cleanness inclusive. Its only that the window was not closing which affected my little as it was extremely cold for us and the AC was not efficient. I recommend working on the window and AC.

We have stayed twice in the past fortnight as it's in a nice central location for us The staff are always lovely beds are comfortable and great value. Went to the adjoining cafe (Blue Rock) for breakfast the Maori attendant was lovely top notch service and food was yummy

Close to Perth city - walking distance, as was to all local attractions. Public Transport close at hand. Staff were wonderful on the front desk.

Overpowering Smell of bleach in bathroom when we arrived. Maybe a small carton on milk in the fridge to go with the coffee would have been nice.

lack of car parking and in their driveway is a yellow rise on entry which with a low car grounds on the bottom.

Very clean, comfy beds lock up parking and great value for 💰.

Staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and easily accessible as was parking and the location. Very family friendly.

Bathroom fan could have been dusted a bit more and a spare roll of toilet paper.

Proximity to Perth city & restaurants. Affordable & comfortable accommodation. Bit dated but perfect for a city stay. Lovely breakfast bar downstairs. The staff where super helpful & friendly.
