Clean, spacious, fully functioning and well equipped kitchen. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were very useful. It was everything we expected and more. Walking distance to many good cafes, Langley park, and Rise supermarket. The parking (paid) is nearby and clean too. No doubt that we would stay here again when we are back in Perth! Perfect for a long stay. Appreciated that they provided a high chair for our child for free. Wifi was very fast as well. Our water heater tripped the first night and it was resolved in 15mins.

For those who are intending to book with a baby cot/crib, do take note that they provide a pack and play. So the ‘mattress’ is extremely hard and uncomfortable. We had to pad it with extra towels and blankets but it ended up being lumpy and uncomfortable for our child who ended up sleeping with us instead of the cot that we have paid for.

Location was perfect with great view of the river and great restaurants close by. Our Executive 2 Bedroom apartment was a perfect size for 2 couples and extremely clean and well equipped for a perfect stay. The rooftop bar was great too and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the breakfast but we addressed that with the staff and ended up having a very delicious continental breakfast. That was the only minor issue we had, everything else was perfect.

The room was much larger than we expected, and the bathroom. There was also a desk and chair, and a small table and two chairs. The room was well appointed with everything you would expect - extra pillows, iron and ironing board, removable hangers, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette. The reception staff also helped us book a taxi for a very early airport departure, which was much appreciated as the airport train was not running at that time.

The blinds were a little awkward to open and close every day with very short cords (understandable given the possibility of harm to young children). It was also difficult to stop the shower from flooding the bathroom as the shower head was fixed in position and water would run out of the shower soaking the bath mat every time the shower would used.

Facilities such as the gym and free laundry services were great. Location super convenient to both the main shopping street airport. Close to grocery stores is handy too. Very clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned 6 days per week. Kitchen amenities suitable for short stays when you don’t eat out.

Staff are ok. They do what they need to but don’t expect anything beyond the minimum.

Excellent location as everything is accessible in CBD. Fantastic staff, polite and professional. Neat and clean room.

Limited parking space. I was alloted a parking space in the next street which is not far but does not feel safe therefore I had to bring all the luggage from the car. I feel good if the hotel is connected with the parking place so we can use it safely. It's open air parking so it's not good on rainy days. And it's difficult for many people specially late night access.

Good serviced apartment - standard Quest setup and service. Location is good (East perth) and convenient to public transport and cat bus. walking distance to CBD services.

Booked departure taxi on check in, but they booked to wrong room at wrong time, had to Uber to airport at last minute. Parking for car is a wilson's a couple blocks away.

The setting at the rooftop bar was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. and friendly staff. We were disappointed with the breakfast. Very limited selection of food. Stale bread, food ( meats and cheese) exposed and in direct sunlight

We feel it should have been included in the price of accommodation. We basically paid $80 for a coffee and slice of toast each!

Location and staff were both great. Priced well compared to surrounding hotels and a lot newer and cleaner than surrounding hotels.

No room service which was a shame, although we did have a cook top and proper size fridge in room, housekeeping unexpectedly did our dishes which was a nice unexpected surprise.

Excellent housekeeping - very clean room, friendly, polite and helpful housekeeping staff. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Noisy fridge and pipes. Limited accessible/usable space in wardrobe due to hot water cylinder. On the small side for a studio apartment. Not all rooms have balconies.

Plenty of space for 5 of us. Walking distance to Optus stadium for Coldplay Daily service/clean was very efficient Parking was available (extra cost $25 day was reasonable for city edge location)

Rooftop bar was always full so not even able to have a quick drink. Sofa bed not comfortable
