Room: was huge, well appointed. Everything you need. Big bath. Comfortable huge bed with the best pillows ever!!! Drinks: we had happy hour - nice chilled spot to watch sports on big screens or play a game of pool. Dinner: we got invited to Six Senses down at Quay, was amazing. Restaurant was closed for breakfast: which was a shame as we love full options, but understand considering Covid issues. Room service was offered, we had smashed avocado on toast and a cappuccino - delicious! Parking: parked in close carpark for $16 night, almost connected to Pan Pacific - so not a prob. Will stay again.

Umm, was soooo quiet, not a busy night, which was a shame for the Pan Pacific - as bar etc was all so quiet, would have liked a little more atmosphere, but that's nobody's fault. We still had a fabulous stay!

The size of the older rooms with lounge access was fantastic 👌 The staff were also fantastic, friendly, professional, and happy to accommodate. The flavours of the food in the buffet breakfast were superb. A brilliant chef. The lounge was really lovely. The food was also superb 👌 Mina was absolutely lovely! Great gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 (a little smelly) Good complementarity Balmain products. A short walk to the main hub of the city. Easy to catch an Uber. The city buses are also an easy option and even better they're free.

The extra single bed wasn't value for money, $70 per night considering considering the price I paid for a single bed that was on a saggy old spring. I wasn't impressed at all with this. I haven't encountered that before, especially not in 5 star accommodation. The fittings in the rooms weren't all functioning properly. Sliding dividing doors. The shower mixer didn't work properly. The toilet didn't flush properly. For the price I paid, the view from my room was terrible. I was a little upset with that. The pool wasn't anywhere as good as I'd expected.

Staff overall were excellent, especially the Club Lounge team working Thursday and Friday nights. Also Mina from the front desk was excellent. Room was great, bed excellent and food on offer at breakfast also very good.

The pool area needs a lot of work to make it an enjoyable space. The infrastructure in the area is in need of repair and I noticed electrical wiring near the pool steps which, whilst may be perfectly safe, does not look good at all and it only takes a small child to notice it and play with it before it becomes a major safety hazard. Additionally, for the price paid, barista made coffee should not be at additional cost at breakfast, especially when the quality of the coffee from the machines is at best average.

Pan Pac is undergoing a lot of renovations/ revamp ( like a lot of accommodation in Perth right now) so I stayed in a newly updated room. Absolutely beautiful view, the room amenities are stunning! Lovely peaceful room for overnight sleep ( but active works during the day) Staff were fabulous - I was able to have a room available despite arriving earlier than check in , I really appreciated this!!

Its got a way to go before its finished but it will be beautiful when its complete. sauna was not working..... bummer Had a slight problem with electrical (fuse) which resulted in a cosy 29 degree room after coming back from errands ( air con and some lights not functioning) Glad to say it got fixed very quickly - staff very responsive!

We were fortunate to recevie a room upgrade and ended up with a suite (bedroom double bed and living space with 2 roll out beds for the kids.) Welcome to the hotel, and information sharing was excellent - staff member who looked after us was amazing. The room have a great view over the river, and plenty of room for us all to enjoy our time between wandering the city, dinner, and some pool time.

The breakfast quality could be improved upon, but there were still good choices - the made-to-order omelettes and fresh poached eggs are recommended over the other hot fare. The fruit and cereals etc. were good though.

We booked a room and paid extra for an executive king size room, the room was smaller than the king size room we stayed in previously, and bathroom was much smaller. Had an amazing view over the river though :). Was a little bit surprised to see bare minimum in mini bar, we would have enjoyed a night cap when we returned from our party, however the mini bar only had one beer, one coke and one orange juice in it

there was a bit of a wait to check in, and also to check out. only one representative at the reception desk. she was lovely and friendly when it was our turn though and apologised for the wait

The service from the moment we arrived was amazing. We especially loved the service from David the concierge he was funny, friendly and went above. It was great not having to travel for dinner we had the selection of 3 places to eat or room service which made the time away stress free. The morning buffet was amazing and the staff kept everything topped up and fresh

The price was quoted as $227 I added velvet parking due to my vehicle being too big to use the parking bay and the buffet breakfast and some how I spent $437 which was a shock

The staffs are accomodating, helpful and kind. Also, staffs that we were asked to take photos of us, friends, at our company event have talent on taking good photos. They made beautiful shots, good at taking pictures and we loved it. Thank you! Manager was kind and very nice too, gave me 40% discount in room dine in as an apology for not collecting the food tray the whole night because they had an internet problem that time . It's not a big issue but thank you for the consolation. Also, the lady staff at the montys helped us and guided us, and accompanied us to the walk-in hotel restaurant when I told her that I didnt have a booking at montys & we just walked-in. She accomodated us even though she was busy that time. I appreciated that. My friend who stayed there as well was satisfied too. We will definitely come back and recommend Pan Pacific Hotel Perth to other friends.

None.

The welcome from staff was amazing. The layout inside with bars and restaurants was excellent. We had dinner at Uma which was exquisite. We had a drink in the bar beforehand also where again the staff were lovely. Location is great. Every single staff member we encountered were all so polite and helpful. Concierge were very charming also.

The room we felt was a bit dated. I know you are currently renovating so thought maybe an upgrade of rooms was to be happening. The size of room was good and bathroom was lovely. The furniture was a bit tired looking. Also only one bucket chair for guests, not that great when you are there as part of a couple. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Crispy clean Location

When booking it was advised there would be a small pre-payment at some time before our arrival. However, 2 days after booking the full amount plus extra was taken. We had booked 3 months in advance and it was a fair amount for 4 nights stay which we didn’t expect to be taken immediately. Although under renovation, it didn’t affect us as between 9-5 we were out all day. However a week before our arrival they aboard the pool was closed which was disappointing, however the weather wasn’t hot enough to use it
