The Numa Ivy was exceptionally wonderful! Such a cozy and charming place with a truly spectacular view! I surely recommend booking a room with a balcony facing the mountain - seeing it the second you open your eyes in the morning does not compare. The rooms are very cozy, welcoming, and nicely decorated. We had the most magical evening on the dreamy terrace overlooking the fields of Anif countryside. The photos truly don't do this place justice. The restaurant served Japanese cuisine and it added that touch of uniqueness to the whole experience, very delicious & the man serving our table was fantastic! Our overall stay was INCREDIBLE!

Breakfast was very simple, nothing too crazy, not the absolute best coffee but it tasted better because of the view. Also, the lady that was in charge felt a bit stressed or behind her schedule as she continuously sighted whilst rushing around doing her work. Not the most pleasant company in the morning but I think we all have those days. She was still nice in the end and made us coffee to enjoy on the terrace. :)

A beautiful, nice decorated room with spacious bathroom and luxurious bath products. The coffee machine and the capsules were a nice touch. The double bed was very big and comfortable. The fusion restaurant in the ground floor of the building is very good but it serves food only until 9 or 10 o’clock, depending on the day. Opposite the villa is the Salzburg zoo.

The extra bed for our child who is 11 years old was very badly made and uncomfortable!! It was impossible for someone to sleep there and finally our son slept with us in the double bed. Also be aware that there is no elevator or a/c and the days we stayed there the weather was too hot! There is no cleaning service in the room.

Nice interior design, room was very nice and elegant , backyard view is excellent. A great place to calm down and enjoy the countryside and the beautiful view from the window. A big plus is the late remote check-in, it's very convenient.

There was practically no breakfast, for 63 euros we were offered a couple of sandwiches and coffee for three people. The staff was unfriendly. The children's room is very dirty. The villa is located right by the road, it is noisy enough if the windows face the road.

Very charming comfortable room, great beds, nicely smelling pillows.

Breakfast very poor. Usually we don't go to 3* hotels, so no idea if this is the standard. But we had almost nothing to choose even though we paid extra for breakfast. Not even a cooked egg. We asked for eggs, but for that we would have to pay even more. There was no fruit. Even though while leaving we saw a family with fruit on table. At that point we weren't bothered to ask for it anymore, since no-one told anything about it.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds and great decor. There is no reception, the key is a code that is sent to you - so you don't speak to anyone. Your line of communication is the whatsapp concierge. Although check in was quick and easy but if you need anything beyond that you're kinda on your own.

Very limited support - wanted to know about parking places in Salzburg so asked the 'what's app concierge' who responded with a general city parking website - no real tips on which garage is better located etc. As we had to move rooms and the whatsapp concierge was unable to help us. They said we had to take all luggage down to the car and wait for the new code to be sent to us (which would be in the afternoon). In the end we spoke to a very friendly and helpful cleaning staff, she was a star who was able to let us keep our luggage in the next room before they cleaned it. All in all was a good experience and would go again but we did feel a bit let down by the support.

Nice rooms, well decorated and clean. self check in/out worked as expected.

no AC. There was a thermostat control in the room, but it didnt really do anything. We managed to cool down the room a bit by opening the windows in the evening (with the risk of letting mosquitos in). This was early June. I wouldn't book this hotel in the summer. The breakfast buffet quality was good but the options were very limited. I found it very expensive given it was very small.

the location is not that far away from the city and spacious free parking spot next to the hotel. the location is beautiful at night since there is no light outside and no traffic,it felt like camping. i liked the bathroom design and felt really premium.

the lack of staff and everything is managed online, i didn't need any extra service but if someone wanted i don't know how to be assisted. maybe I'm just an old fashioned. but hey more staff=more costs=more expensive. so i guess its ok

The room was perfect in almost every way. The view, the size, the crib for our baby and the lighting were great. The breakfast options were also to our liking and it was lovely being able to eat breakfast outside in the gardens. The fresh, autumn air was spectacular.

We found food under the bed skirt when we arrived. Having a 1-year-old, I have to be quick to identify hiding places for her and we were checking to see if she'd fit herself under the bed. The gardens downstairs were rarely occupied (it must be a slow season for the restaurant). We asked if we could sit outside while our baby was napping and the restaurant staff said the restaurant wasn't opened and there was no outside space reserved for hotel guests. This was a little disappointing. Our balcony was refreshing but a little cramped for the two-hour nap.

We loved our room at Numa I Ivy! It was beautifully designed with a fantastic view. It was clean, cozy and had a beautiful little balcony. A crib was prepared for our little one as requested. We loved the touch of the vintage bathtub in the room. The room was private, quiet and comfortable.

We would have loved an iron, a small fridge and cleaning services. We did not know ahead of time that no cleaning services were to be provided during our stay. It was good that our stay was only for three nights. The shower leaked a bit onto the bathroom floor, but not so bad to affect our stay. The Wifi was slow and frustrating at times. The breakfast was expensive for the items included. There was barely ANYTHING to include so we opted out of the breakfast option during our stay, and we recommend not to pay for breakfast at this property.

This is actually a really beautiful place. Like a stone throw out of Salzburg right by the zoo. There were refreshments in the room, a very spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. Good to know: This hotel is fully digital check in and -out. No staff at the desk. Very nice staff for the breakfast and we enjoyed it with this amazing view of the mountains.

The Service of the hotel itself. I wanted to change the date of my booking by one day. Like checkin a day later than booked. On the phone the lady said, they can't do it due to booking.com's guidelines. So I talked to booking.com and what a surprise. The hotel itself is not really uncompromising! I didn't want to cancel, just arrive a day later. Very sad to make this experience with a beautiful place! Very sad
