Location, decor & attention to detail, the apartment was beautifully designed with every convenience needed for a wonderful stay:)

We couldn’t fault our stay at Resort Schrofenblick. Our hotel receptionist Judit was delightful and extremely helpful. We did have a couple of night disturbed by rather noisy guests though, Judit took our complaint and addressed the matter on our behalf. We would thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in the beautiful Zillertal.

In the description was said that there's daily housekeeping but in fact cleaning is only for the hotel part. There are no cleaning options at all. It would be very helpful if at least a broom is provided. We don't travel with a vacuum cleaner in the car trunk.

Extremely spacious, clean, modern equipment but not experimental. Covered parking for most apartments. The apartment was super clean, things like soap, towels etc. have been fully provided. Recommending to add breakfast, very tasty and various.

Super soft beds, we hate it, for us that was not good. Sauna and wellness were in reconstruction, which is not in the description and not mentioned anywhere.

Location is about a 30 minute walk to the town centre of Mayrhofen, which was a perfectly fine walk and distance.

Place is really cosy and nice,staff is very responsive-although we had some issues with hot water,it was resolved quickly.location is also very convenient-just 15 min walk to Mayrhofen city centre,closest ski lift is jus 3 min drive away.

The apartment was very spacious and the beds generally quite comfy. The staff were quite helpful when things didn't go quite right. The boot room was very large and while the property was full, it didn't feel super busy.

There were quite a few things like non-working lights, refrigerator problems, no hand soap, etc that just shouldn't have been in that condition when we arrived. That said as above, the staff were helpful in sorting out the issues. The hotel is a good location if you have car (which we didn't), and the ski buses from Mayrhofen were only every 30 minutes and ended at 5pm - after that you get to walk (about 20-25 mins) or get a taxi. The kitchen could have been slightly more expansive. The apartment we stayed in was one of the non-renovated ones (they are in the process of updating things).

Maria (brunette smiley woman) receptionist was lovely and helpful. gave us recommendations and helped make our stay comfortable. rooms were spacious and modern kitchen was nice ski bus helpful (but doesn’t run until after first lift and finishes early) restaurant had an extensive menu & good food

housekeeping don’t visit during your stay - e.g you’re expected to provide your own toilet roll during the stay after you’ve used the two initial complimentary rolls. we put towels & bins outside the room for changing as instructed but these were taken away rather than replaced with clean versions as expected it is a 30 min walk to the town centre (ski lifts). whilst there is a free ski bus every 20 mins, the first route is considerable time after the first lift begins each day, and the bus only runs until 5pm - therefore it doesn’t service the ski lift entirely. other receptionist was not as helpful as Maria

Was clean and the stuff was friendly. Great wellness area!

Room was kind of old, furnitures as well were not in a great shape.. Breakfast was a disaster, overpriced for what was offered. All staff is having a day off on Sundays so no chances to use the hotel facilities.
