The staff were lovely and friendly, always happy to answer questions or show you something on their maps. The property itself is in a great location, very easy to access all parts of Salzburg from here and to arrive via public transport, it is an easy bus ride from the Train station to almost the front of the hotel. The room was lovely, just as shown in photos and enough room for a single traveller.

The bed was really really bad, there was a huge dip in the centre which made it really uncomfortable to sleep in, and in such a spot and large enough that I couldn't try to sleep around it unfortunately.

The location for this hotel is fantastic, very central and the main attractions are a short walk away. The bedroom was small but modern. I liked the storage cupboard space/hanging space, as it was hard to lay out two suit cases around the bed. Shower was decent and the room was not noisy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We opted not to have breakfast as €26pp seemed very steep! Plenty of local cafes though. The majority of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect for touring all of stunning old Salzburg; around the corner are the main museums; the main square, alluring side streets & just around the other corner are the (many) steps up to Nonnberg Abbey. Mirabell Gardens is farther away and across the river. But you will make your way in that direction as you walk through the town or along the pretty river. Our room was clean, made up fresh daily. Quality shampoo and soap. Knowledgeable, welcoming staff! Comfy reception area.

Amazing location just off of Mozartplatz! The lady at reception was very warm and welcoming and told us all we needed to know about Salzburg. The hotel building is very old and historic which was amazing to see. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was no air conditioning (probably due to being an old building?) - a fan was provided but it was around 28C during our stay so the room did get quite warm. Also maybe a mini fridge would have been nice to store drinks in for hot days!

The location is perfect for visiting the old town in Salzburg. A short walk to restaurants, Mozart platz, the Salzburg Museum, Salzburg Cathedral and other interesting sights. There are several restaurants near by. Nice breakfast, although it was a bit pricey. The staff was very accommodating, even printing out a copy of my train ticket and reservation. We would definitely stay here again.

Although I don't use a hair dryer, I was a bit surprised that there wasn't one in our room.

We have stayed at the Weisse Taube before, so we knew what to expect. The location is excellent, with the town centre only a very short walk away. Rooms, facilities and breakfast are all good and the staff are very helpful.

The rooms do not have aircon; the weather was very warm and our room was on the top floor, so it was a bit hot at night.

Beautiful building with a great history. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring Salzburg. Just enough out of the way that it was quaint, but close enough that we felt immersed in the city.

We did not find anything wrong with the property. The room was a bit hot but the provided fan made it comfortable. We had wished their was a laundry service available but we did not expect one so no complaints.

nicely renovated, old wooden beams on the ceiling, lovely room, smallish but with all amenities and very clean. soft bed!

some of the guests were a bit loud. Due to the high temps most guests had the windows to the inner courtyard open and it seems were not aware or didn't care that their phone conversations could be clearly heard by anyone with a window into the courtyard.

Great Location. Central to everything in Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend.

The room was small and did not look at all like advertised however, very comfortable. A small fridge would have been great as they did not supply any milk or cold drinks.

The rooms look much more bigger on the photos. I reserved premium triple room and the actual room that I got was very different from what I saw from the pictures. They said it is a city hotel with different types of rooms and the photos are from the best rooms which may not be exactly same for every room even if it is the same category. Yet, it was still okey…
